It keeps me coming back for me. I've even brought him customers all the way from Greenbelt! His work says it all. To the very last details. I've gotten a couple service done. Auto start: I am not a big tech savvy person, but I figured I needed an auto start for my car especially for the cold winters. With this auto start, my son and I survived those vicious cold winter. The auto start came with a remote and alarm. Quick respond. No need to be near the car to start. Loved it! Couldn't ask for anything better than that. I've checked around for some reasonable deals, but I guess with the amount of work I've gotten from him. I think it was the best deal around. Smoked taillights: Absolutely beautiful. Not too dark. Not too light. Just the right amount of smoked. I get a lot of compliments with it. This one, I've gotten it done a few years ago. Till today, still looks fresh and new. No peeling no nothing. Vinylwrap: Smooth like a baby's bottom. When he started this, I couldn't believe how much he has advance to such precise and such details into going to wrap an entire car. I went to Eclipse Window Tinting on 11/01 to have my car fully tinted. Shortly after, I noticed…read morebubbles all over my back windshield and along the bottom of my front windshield. I waited the recommended two weeks before contacting them to see if the issue could be fixed. When I reached out, I was told it could be taken care of and to bring my car in. When I arrived, the woman I spoke with (name unknown) immediately told me, "It's not my job, but I'll help you anyway," which was confusing. I then waited for over an hour before they even looked at my car, only to be told less than two minutes later that there was "nothing she could do." She then showed me a photo of the exact same problem happening to another car and said it was due to the "texture." I asked why this wasn't shown or explained to me before tinting my windows, and she didn't give me any answer. I explained how unhappy I was and that I felt misled, because if I had known about this in advance, I never would have agreed to the service. Throughout the conversation she rolled her eyes at every solution I asked for whether removal, a partial refund, or any other form of help and repeated that nothing could be done. This business is not transparent and does not stand behind its work. Now I understand why their prices are so cheap. I would not recommend them.
