I was blown away by these high prices. Therefore, when G&S was recommended to me, I was excited to have finally found a company that offers a great product at such a great rate. The showroom is STILL beautifully spotless and yes, those comfy chairs are still there. The rims look great, really tempting to purchase a set but having just bought the car should probably save my money. Luckily, on a rainy friday morning, there wasnt many people in the showroom so I was out of there in less than twenty minutes. Tint only takes 48 hours to dry, whereas in years past it took 72. Recommend you take a picture of your receipt and paper in the event you lose it.

I scheduled an appointment online to tint my two front windows and had to leave a deposit to secure the appointment. That was fine because the $30 deposit was applied toward the cost of the tint work. We arrived a little early, and they were able to fit us in right away. The work was completed much faster than expected. After letting the tint cure for a week, I noticed a small issue with one of the windows. Paul told me to bring it by the shop, and he fixed it without any hassle. This is the second car I've brought to Paul and his shop in the last five years, and I'll continue coming back and recommending them to others. Jake was very helpful and communicative throughout the process. There was a slight issue for the rear window tint and they informed me why. I was out of town and could not come back for a touch up. Jake was so kind to offer to stop by and attempt a touch up before my early flight. In the end i went back when i returned from my trip and they re-did the rear window. I am very satisfied with their service. They even washed my vehicle before sending me off. They do have a waiting room with a restroom. I highly recommend!

They continue to pull cars in and work on those still while not finishing the cars that have been here for 3 hours......it's frustrating wondering why my car can't be finished in a timely manner while watching everyone else get their car worked on as well wondering what work is actually being done considering i've sat here for 3 hours. The employees seem to be more focused on having a good time with friends and speaking to the females rather than actually getting some kind of work done. A car that came AFTER me and had 5 windows(one more window to tint than me) PLUS added on the windshield last minute was done before my car. Then when i asked again how long, they just began the back windshield.......Horrible customer service they treat you like they don't care how long you have to wait they get to it when they get to it & if that means taking phone calls, giggling with the girls outside or just hanging out first then we just have to wait until their finished. no sense of urgency in this place and it's a shame because i am a patient person. It is now over 3 full hours my car not being done............. Unacceptable. 11am-2pm i feel isn't a crazy time for a car with 4 windows to be completed. I feel as though you shouldn't lie about wait times as it gets the customers hopes up that you'll stick to your word & now i'm the bad guy bugging you asking when it'll be done.
