After my brand-new tires (not theirs) were installed, I noticed the vehicle had an unusual ride, and when I returned, the staff member tried to tell me there was too much air. Instead of honoring my request to balance my tires (which is what I initially paid for), the staff member reduced the tire pressure in all of my tires, and said, "Try it now". Really? So, since the employee tried to challenge my knowledge of, I took my vehicle to the dealership and was told my tires were NOT balanced which is what I suspected. This could've been a "one off", but either way, I received unacceptable service.
