The mirror cost $1600 to replace and who knows about the plastic in the cargo area. However, when I called all I wanted was acknowledgement and an apology. Jake was very helpful and communicative throughout the process. There was a slight issue for the rear window tint and they informed me why. I was out of town and could not come back for a touch up. Jake was so kind to offer to stop by and attempt a touch up before my early flight. In the end i went back when i returned from my trip and they re-did the rear window. I am very satisfied with their service. They even washed my vehicle before sending me off. They do have a waiting room with a restroom. I highly recommend!

The owner, who I believe works the front reception area is always super nice and very prompt at returning messages. They have different levels of 3M tint here: Crystalline Ceramic IR Color Stable Obsidian Series Playing with the heat level display which gives you a tactile feeling of the heat transmissions of the tint, it felt like Crystalline blocked the most heat.
