Living in Los Angeles, I placed an online order for my mother's birthday to be delivered this past Saturday in Capital Heights, Maryland. My mother waiting until almost 5pm (her time) to tell me that she had not received her delivery. I checked my email and saw I received an alert 2 hours prior stating the order had been delivered. After verifying that I had entered the correct delivery address, my mother contacted the location in a panic. My mother spoke with the owner of the location and explained the situation and that this was her birthday gift and was worried and in tears that this mistake had been made on there part, delivering the arrangement to the wrong place. The owner looked into the order and told my mother he would call her back. Shortly after, my mother received a call from the owner and he was outside of her home delivering her arrangement personally! I was so grateful that the owner took the time to personally rectify this situation. I see a lot on low star reviews but I am completely happy with my experience. read more

I'm so disappointed I made an online order paid over $100 they give no updates for one and then I repeatedly called over and over for this lady to give me the run around! But she guaranteed me delivery ... the delivery was scheduled to be delivered at a business which they couldn't fulfill I had to call them to see what was going on they then asked for a callback number to give me a call back ... they called back like 2 hours later stating they would now have to deliver it to a home address which was tacky af but anyway I gave it to them needles to say I don't have my order still and now they are closed! The chocolate covered fruit was sweating who knows how long it hadn't been in a refrigerator or at least a cooler with ice pack. It's nice however, this location offers military discount. So I'm not sure as to why if uniformed military members like myself come there to apply the discount without me having to ask. It's quite annoying there's a young female that never gives it to me I have to continuously ask her for a discount. I accidentally entered the wrong address for delivery. The arrangement went to a neighboring address instead of my friend's. Due to the ongoing pandemic my friend did not want to accept anything from anyone she didn't know. So this lovely business made another arrangement and delivered it (no charge) the next day. I sent an arrangement to my Mother for her birthday. The delivery associate, Franklyn, was so kind to my family! My grandparents have both been ill, and when he came to the door he arrived at a rather sensitive time. Rather than awkwardly drop off the arrangement and leave, he provided comfort to my Grandmother and wished my Mother a Happy Birthday. I placed an order on 4/29 for 5/9 and went out of town thinking that my mother's day present was taking care of. talk to my mom yesterday and she never received anything. Called customer service and store, nothing happened and then monday after my 3rd call the store manager informed me that he never got the order and funny how you guys emailed me a receipt. Do you know how embarrassing this is, my mother thought i really forgot her on mother's day. This is not my first time and the last couple of times she loved the arrangement but you best believe this will my last time and also all that i was telling people I know about how great this was instead of flowers you can cancel that too and the bad part is when you want to talk to someone about your experience they take your complaint and just pass it to the store, i could have done that. This store continues to exceed my expectations. The customer service reps, Malik, Frank & Christina are very well spoken, kind and helpful. Also, I understand that the online buying process has changed so that now when you place your order online that you are charged immediately so that you should know right away if your card is declined.
