They do acceptable work but you cannot ask a question or get an answer. When asked if they could call a manager who spoke english they said "no manager" . I speak 3 languages but unfortunately not Spanish. I believe their website should advertise that it may not be possible to communicate with the individual working on one's body - that would be honest so that potential clients can make an informed choice in an area where there are many salons

It's not cheap, its not fast, and it is not very good…read more I tried it a few times when I first moved to the area, and had mixed feelings but ultimately found a different salon. I had to try it again recently to work with a tight schedule of mine which was a big mistake. It took two hours for a gell fill-in, midday on a weekday. Not only that, but my hands were sore and bleeding, my nails started lifting right away and were breaking after a week. When I was finally able to get back to my usual salon, I needed to get a whole new set because of the damage (and fungus?) that had been done to my hands. Very frustrated and I will not be coming back.

Great spot for a scalp massage with my sister is Milburn…read more We decided to do a sibling massage room instead of a couples massage to enjoy each other's company along with letting our heads melt into their hands. They did a scalp wash with shampoo, conditioner and a couple of massages, brush, wash and rinse. It was coupled with neck, shoulder, arm and hand massages because I have less hair than my sister. Took advantage of the Groupon for our session and had to pay $10 for taxes and then tip afterwards.

Avoid Amanda for your massage! She spent most of the time using her forearm and elbows, twice…read moredigging her elbows into my kidneys, rolling her forearms over my ribs repeatedly and once rolling her forearm over my calf so that it pinched the area. I was SO tempted to end the massage early! I've had my fair share of massages (probably upwards of 30 in my lifetime), but this was the worst! I did appreciate the hot towel that Amanda used at the end to rub the lotion off my back because I was cold after all the cold lotions and thin sheet that she had over half of me, but even with that, she pressed the hot towel immediately to my back, feeling like she scalded the area. The ambiance itself was typical of a Chinese massage parlor, mostly bare bones without soothing music or fragrances, but that is par for the course.

I have 3 words - Coco is amazing!!…read more I wish I would've found this gem of a hair salon sooner. I would have saved a ton of money on Drive-through salons with non-skilled hairstylists that don't give a darn about their craft and don't know what the heck they're doing. Not only did Coco have excellent stylist etiquette but her attitude is completely reflected in her work ethic. You can tell she loves what she does. If you're looking for someone to dye and fry your hair - THIS IS NOT the salon for you. Coco takes time to assess your crown; she takes time to talk to you and find out what you want. She also cares about her clients and their hair. She gave me a trim and now my ends look amazing but I still have length! I couldn't even tell she trimmed it. I honestly cannot say enough nice things about this stylist and her salon. I now have L'oquencE (pronounced Eloquence) saves in my phone on speed dial. Coco is a staple as far as I'm concerned - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
