Unfortunately, after today's experience, I will not be returning. I had booked an appointment for a color treatment today. After my hair was colored and washed, I was left in the chair with wet hair for over 45 minutes, with no one coming to assist me. I could see my stylist cutting another client's hair, so I went to the receptionist to ask if someone would be drying my hair. She informed me that I hadn't booked a blowout, so no one would be drying my hair. I was taken aback and asked, "So I'm expected to leave the salon with wet hair, in a gown and towel?" She replied that some customers do. I was in shock. I then approached someone else, and when I finally interrupted to ask what was happening, I was in tears from the embarrassment and frustration of the situation. This appointment was a birthday treat that my husband had arranged for me, and it was completely ruined. The owner was kind and apologized, drying my hair himself and offering me a 50% discount, but honestly, at that point, it felt insufficient given how upset I was. I paid, acknowledging the costs of materials and such, but I will not be returning to this salon again.

I have been going to Jenny for years and she always does an incredible job. She takes the time to listen to what I would like done and my color always comes out flawless! She's also really nice, friendly and very easy to talk to during what can be a very long time spent in her chair. Please view images I posted of the $60.00 gel manicure which chipped after 2 days. Kevin said he would refund my money & when I swung by the salon I was met by June who glared at me then practically threw the cash refund at me. I was surprised they so readily agreed to refund my money...., could it be because they knew damn well what a horrid job they both did & realized I wasn't going to allow them to get away with it. As I was putting my money into my wallet, predictably my gel mani chipped & ironically it was the nail of my middle finger which chipped first!!
