I had to wait two hours for her to come and when she finally came, she worked on another client that came in way after me. i came in at 4 and she didn't start doing my hair until 10 pm. Also the color didn't even come out how I asked for and the hair came out uneven, it was bright at the roots and dark on my hair. (She kept saying things about products - and what was left of my good cut she called 'chopped.') I came out with a very average cut, such as one might get at a walk-in place. No flowing layers - just frizz. I didn't want my hair very short, but did want the split ends removed (yes, I know about conditioner...) - my hair was knotted at the bottom by the next morning.
