I showed a picture of exactly what I wanted. Instead, Kevin chose not to soak off my acrylic, he filed down with the machine and rushed through the process, leaving my nails uneven with leftover acrylic still on them. On top of that, he cut my nails short and rounded them without ever asking me, this was not what I requested at all. When I politely asked if he could reshape them, his attitude immediately changed. He became rude and dismissive and then said, "I'm done here," refusing to continue the service. I was left with nails I didn't ask for and had to leave feeling completely unheard and dissatisfied. I do want to acknowledge that another staff member was very kind and apologetic, which I appreciated. As soon as I sat down I said my go to line as someone with thick brows that has been getting them threaded for 13 years now: "just a clean up, not thin at all". Early into the most painful threading I have ever experienced, and having my brows continually rubbed with a dry paper towel (?) and without showing what they were looking like etc, she finishes the entire job by painfully ripping tweezing at my brows and skin. Finally as I am eager to get out of there and fix what I can at home in the few hours before a wedding event, when going to pay I am told it will be $16 whereas their online booking clearly has maintenance separately listed as $10, and was not helped out with this at all other than being told it's a mistake. Far past the point of visible pain and clear disappointment on my end, followed by what is their surprise up charge, is where a good business would have already offered service to be comped or at least offer any assistance or empathy. Have literally felt compelled to write a review like this but this will be a bummer for the weeks and months it takes to regrow and reshape my natural brows.

Their location is right past the intersection at the light on Springfield Rd. Temp was taken upon entrance and a form was filled out to confirm my health status regarding Covid. The shop is cute, decor is pretty and modern. Everyone working at the time was friendly and personable and as someone who gets nervous about appointments like this for that reason, I was super happy to feel comfortable! Gissela was super friendly and easy to talk to! This was the first time I got my brows done by someone in six years after a terrible experience in a nail salon and I was very nervous but from start to finish it was easy. She asked me questions about my preferences with my brows from color to shape to thickness. Great experience, I will definitely be back :)

I visited this salon three times. My first two visits were great, but my third visit was not…read more During that appointment, the manicurist over filed the tops of my natural nails using the electric nail file. Almost immediately afterward, my nails became extremely thin and brittle. Since then, they have been consistently breaking and tearing. Some of the breaks go all the way down to the nail bed. It has been incredibly painful and upsetting. To understand what was happening, I went to another nail salon because my nails have always been strong. They assessed the damage and confirmed that my nails had been severely overfiled and structurally compromised. I also consulted a medical professional who came to the same conclusion. I am still dealing with pain and ongoing breakage and it's been over 6 weeks since the visit. I'm sharing this experience as a warning to both the consumer and to the salon. Damage like this doesn't just fix quickly, and it has significantly affected my daily life. I have spent $200+ dollars on products and treatments to deal with the damage and pain. For the first week, I was taking Advil almost daily. I truly wish my experience had been different because everyone there is nice, and my nails did look beautiful after the first two visits, but I cannot recommend this salon based on what happened during my last visit. I think the manicurists at this salon are capable, but they need to be more careful.
