One of my cats wouldn't let me trim a certain nail so I knew something was wrong and a pro needed to be called in. From the moment I called this location they were very understanding and accommodating to get my kitty in. The following morning I arrived 15 minutes before opening and instead of just making the clients wait until 8 to be greeted the mobile groomer took her time to welcome and assure clients that we would be helped soon, and we were. Which really shows how attentive they are. Once the main workers arrived she quickly worked to check in clients and was clear with every time frame. You know sometimes you drop off a pet and they give the good "ol' we'll call you when they're ready?" Nope not here she gave specific time frames. My kitty was assessed within minutes. Do not come in this place !!! this place has no care about your dog at all! I took my golden doodle there couple of times, first one was just a shampoo and light trim, was ok, besides, the lady who is a owner , used sharped clippers on my dog and his lips was swollen for a week and red, I have told her about and warn her not to do this anymore, after second my visit my dog couldn't stop shaking his head for a week, she used harsh tools on trimming, after 3rd my appointment it was completely insane, when I asked her full body trim, she destroyed his long fur I was growing for a years, absolutely ruined his face shaped, I asked her slightly trim and do not cut much face , but trimmed years, she did opposite, like she doesn't speak English or what ? All over his body I saw patches, like something textured and removed fullness, later I took him to another groomer and they said , it's from tools she used , which chopped his hair from the roots, you don't see it right away, because it's fresh and fluffy , but 2-3 days after I noticed uneven depth into his fur and start notice uneven cut and it takes so much time to grow it back and I have told cut all over his body now to bring balance in length, horrible experience. And one thing, my dog after last appointment had throat issues, like she was choking him so hard and don't give a water or something, he was making weird nice when he was walking next to me , like something injured into his throat, month after it is gone , thx god .. GUYS, this place needs to be closed at some point , the way she treats animals... I'm not telling you how my dog was shaking when we walked in into that place, which I barely saw my well trained service dog, we never had that problem and all groomers always said how well behaved my dog and calm ! I'm adding here a screenshot of my last text with her, as a proof of what she offered me after I've told her about how horrible she did her job.

Sherry Davis has made an enormous difference with two of my dogs, both complete opposite…read morepersonalities and histories. I couldn't have done it without her. The first is an alpha pure-bred standard poodle, who has always had a charmed life and her own way. The pup ran us around until Sherry taught me how to be a calm, confident, and firm poodle-mom. Together, we've done amazing work with obedience lessons and going through the steps to become licensed as a Certified Therapy Dog. Sherry has been indispensable for coaching us from bratty puppy to a dignified therapy dog who can be trusted in any hospital or office. Her cafe manners are on point, too! The second dog is a pit/lab mix who we found abandoned at a park. She is strong, but terrified of everything. Sherry has helped my older dad be able to manage this dog, and walk her in the neighborhood without him being knocked over by her strength and fear. Sherry saw the potential in this rescue and has helped us cultivate her good qualities and overcome her bad ones. I highly recommend Sherry for obedience lessons. She works magic in both private and group sessions. The key is just to stick to it and complete the sessions. You'll be impressed how fast your dog becomes likable and well-behaved in public places with Sherry's coaching. She also specializes in helping the elderly manage their dogs so that they aren't unintentionally dangerous to them (getting underfoot, jumping up, pulling them over with a leash, racing for the door, etc.). I'm so glad she's been here to help my family and my pups.
