I love this place. There are not a lot of Chilean restaurants in miami however this one makes me feel like I'm home. Very authentic. From thr food to the bread to the hot sauce to the service. All Chilean. They also have a little market where you can buy things sourced from there. And they brought the best wine bottles. Don't need to fly to Chile for it anymore. Food is amazing. Cannot go wrong with thr steak here. Overall amazing. I love coming herr and will keep coming back

When your Chilean friends say this is the best Chilean empanadas around, you go. We did takeout of empanadas, Pastel de choclo (corn pie) and Milhojas (dulce de leche layered dessert). The empanadas were so fresh and the crust was so good. One will fill you up. The corn pie is very rich, cozy and heavy. The dessert was sweet caramel and cracker tasting. A good introduction to Chilean food.

Seafood soup (clear, not creamy kind).

I was in the area and saw this cozy place. Surprised how we were treated and how tasty the food was. Ivan treat as like VIPs and answered all the questions we had on Chilean food. Love the seafood soup and the dish that I still can't pronounce the name of. Chealean bread, real butter, and worse, food in other patrons' plates. Everyone working there and other customers, all nice. Definitely will return.

To me, the best Chilean restaurant in the city. Has a great selection of Chilean sodas and so many options that remind me of home. They have a small market section but with a great selection. Their desserts are amazing and highly recommend the brazo de Reina.

Food is delicious. Servers were warm, friendly and helpful. Ivan was great as we were not familiar with Chilean cousine and don't read Spanish menu. Yes, there were English on it also but very brief, basically only describes the main ingredient. Several others also stopped by to make sure we are well taken care of. This is our first Chilean encounter and we are so impressed I know we will be back.

Im from Chile so? yes I miss the food and it can be hard to be objective here. Buy this place has GOOD FOOD!! The cheese empanadas and milhojas cakes are truly amazing! The bread are a must and the completos are delicious. The people who work here are super nice and made us feel like back in our country for an hour. Great place!

My husband & I visited Pamela's after few recommendations from friends&family. our server Lorena was simply amazing! I asked her for recommendation of fish and she recommended the best tasting Congrio fish with homemade mash potatos definitely a must! She was friendly, efficient, never missed a beat made us feel at home. RaLyon (Cuban) our busboy from the moment he sat us it was non stop of great service, bread & butter was served immediately and he was always coming back to assure we were ok. Very satisfied with the food & service will be back soon! When no salt is needed on your food you know it's good!

Amazing food! And the service is great My family and I come here often, and we always enjoy the experience.

What a meal! Started off with a ground beef empanada. Went on to the grouper in cilantro sauce and ended with a torta de mil hojas. All accompanied by two pisco sours. This little gem is hiding in an ordinary strip mall in Westchester. As soon as you enter you sense you're in a home cooking venue. We didn't have wine but you personally choose and purchase by the bottle for your table. Their only hard liquor is the pisco sour. It packs a punch! All portions were quite generous. I could've easily shared my plate. All food was fresh and delicious. Service was attentive. It's not a quick moving restaurant. Sit, eat, and enjoy your meal and company.

Pamela's gives you the authentic experience of a Chilean restaurant. Family owned, been here for years and I was told their quality have remained consistent! They also have a spectacular wine wall to select and take home. The Chilean bread they serve for the table is made fresh in the kitchen with the tastiest diced tomato condiment on the side. I'm not a fried empanada person but I tried their seafood fried empanada and it was impressive! The pastry is thick, it's not overly fried, and the inside was a scrumptious seafood mix. You could eat two as a meal, so filling and satisfying! The congrio mariscos is a thick fish smothered in pink creamy seafood sauce, a mix of calamari, mussels, shrimp, scallop. I ordered this with white rice because it's the only way to get the most out of the tasty sauce! Everything as spectacular. The desserts are made in house, all traditional Chilean. Not too sweet, the perfect note to end on. And they sell fresh Chilean bread so you can take home to enjoy.

My husband and I were customers here one time. In the store, I saw almost no price tags for the merchandise. I drank the Immune Tropical Smoothie, which contained orange juice, banana, pineapple, and mango, and I rate its flavor as 5 stars. I also ordered the Ham-Cheese Arepa. An employee told me that it would take 5 minutes to make, but I had to wait significantly longer. My husband and I agreed that this arepa was a low quality. The cheese inside was cold, and the arepa overall did not taste good, so we ate only part of it. I rate it as 2 stars. The eating area outside was small but located near a walkway lined with pretty palm trees. The total price for both foods was $23.

Unfortunately, on several occasions, the avocado has been far from fresh. Instead, it's been completely brown, unappetizing, and not something I wanted to eat. I decided to give it another try, but once again, the avocado was brown. For the price of the avocado toast, I would expect fresh ingredients every time, not just occasionally. That said, the customer service here is always excellent. The staff is friendly, the place is very clean, and ordering by phone is quick and easy. I just wish the quality of the avocado was consistent enough to match the great service.

It's been a while since I've gone to a restaurant and the service and food quality was so amazing that it literally made me stop in my tracks but here we are! I started with a hot mocha latte. A Slice of Dominican New York... Right Here on Miami Beach…read more I've been coming to Ocean Deli since 2020, and I honestly can't believe it's taken me this long to write a review. Maybe because people from New York know one universal rule: when you find a great neighborhood spot, you keep your mouth shut. You don't want your hidden gem becoming the next place where people wait in line because somebody on social media "discovered" it. Ocean Deli is one of the last authentic neighborhood delis left on Miami Beach. In a city filled with luxury hotels, trendy brunch spots, and restaurants charging resort prices for breakfast, Ocean Deli quietly does what it's been doing all along--serving great food, quickly, and at prices that still make sense. This is where the people who actually keep Miami Beach running come to eat. Hotel employees, construction workers, delivery drivers, city workers, first responders, and the locals who somehow managed to survive Miami Beach's rising cost of living. If you want to know where the real locals eat, this is it. The owner is Dominican and from the Bronx, and that New York Dominican bodega culture is written all over this place--in the best possible way. Walk through the door and you'll swear you just landed in Washington Heights or the Bronx. Bachata and merengue are playing in the background. The smell of fresh café con leche fills the room. The grill is always working. Conversations bounce around the deli like you've walked into someone's neighborhood hangout instead of a business. The ladies behind the counter are unmistakably Dominican--friendly, hardworking, efficient, and they keep the line moving without ever losing that neighborhood feel. The sandwiches are outstanding. Fresh bread, generous portions, and made the way sandwiches are supposed to be made. No unnecessary gimmicks. No tiny portions with fancy names. The café con leche deserves its own mention. Strong, smooth, and exactly what coffee should taste like. If you've spent any time in New York's Dominican neighborhoods, you'll recognize it immediately. The Dominican breakfast and lunch plates are equally impressive. Simple, authentic, flavorful comfort food that fills you up instead of emptying your wallet. Speaking of wallets... Ocean Deli might be one of the best values left on Miami Beach. While restaurants a few blocks away are charging you like they flew the eggs in first class, Ocean Deli is quietly serving quality food at prices that remind you Miami Beach wasn't always built just for tourists. Just know what you're walking into......This isn't a sit-down restaurant. You walk in, place your order, take your receipt to the register and pay. Then you wait a few minutes while the grill works its magic. When they call your order, you grab your food and you're on your way. That's how it's done here. Fast, efficient, and without all the unnecessary fanfare. Ocean Deli isn't trying to sell you an "artisan culinary experience." It's selling great sandwiches, authentic Dominican food, excellent café con leche, fair prices, and a little piece of Dominican-York right here on Miami Beach. Some places sell an image....... Ocean Deli sells breakfast and lunch. After six years of coming here, I wouldn't have it any other way. Just do yourself one favor: when you find yourself surrounded by tourists paying resort prices for an average meal, remember there's still one place on Miami Beach where the locals go. Now You Know
