I politely said, "don't you have a tall hanging bag"?" To which she replied, "Those are reserved for our dresses.". I asked, Someone can spend $125 and not get a hanging bag??? NO REPLY!! But no sweat, I won't be back to a store I have shopped at for over 30 years.

Store owner has taken a lot of time setting the store up in a very user friendly way and was very personable while we were there shopping. Nice selection of women's clothing and jewelry. Also have some pretty cool candles that have the wood wicks. Prices are good and they do have a fitting room, so you can try stuff on and see how it fits. My wife found a couple things and was really pleased with her purchase and the shopping experience here. We would check them out if we return to the area and would recommend them to others.

She came across the store to offer assistance and then treated us like we were buying wedding dresses. She ran back and forth between our two dressing rooms and brought dresses and returned them and gave honest feedback. After our gowns were chosen, she escorted us to the shoe department and helped us find the perfect shoes. It was a wonderful shopping experience, and we felt beautiful and properly dressed at the wedding. Thank you for providing a local store with quality clothing and respectful friendly staff.

I told her a prom dress, and she asked me what size. I told her anywhere from 0,2, or even 4s work on me. She looked at me kind of funny, and showed me where they were. I started picking out dresses, so that I would be able to have them all to try on without having to put on all of my clothes and have to go BACK out , fully dressed to pick out more dresses, and for some reason that dissatisfied them. The sales lady looked at me after I had picked out 3 dresses all size 2, and with an ugly look, and told me I should "make sure your in the CORRECT size", as if saying I needed a bigger size. I ignored and kept picking out dresses. Then, ANOTHER sales lady walks over and implies the same thing, and tells me I should try the ones I already picked out ON, instead of picking out more. So, feeling like I had no other choice, I did. And every single dress was $375+ and all extremely long and did not fit correctly. As I was trying on dresses, the workers would knock on the door. And pressure me to come out, and a direct quote : "Are they even fitting?" . They only let you bring 3 in at a time so I had to get fully dressed and go back out to get the next 3, which was extremely aggravating and inconvenient. Again, they knock repeatedly and made me extremely uncomfortable, pressuring me to come out of the room. I walked out of the dressing room, and they asked why I didn't come out in any. (There's mirrors in the room). I told them all the dresses were too long, and didn't fit me correctly. The sales lady laughed at me, and said "Any dress you get, you'll have to get hemmed and have adjustments made".
