The gals at Name Dropper recently went above and beyond to help me procure a very specific ribbon which will be used to decorate the flower girl basket at my sister's upcoming wedding. (We wanted the ribbon to exactly match the flower girl dress which was purchased at the Name Dropper.) Considering my purchase was under $10.00 it was especially amazing that they made multiple calls to seamstresses to help me accomplish this unusual request. Being pregnant this adorable VERY EXPENSIVE baby boutique is so much fun to visit. We did some research and found a crib we wanted and Storkland was able to purchase the specific crib and dresser for me. I also did tons of research like most new moms do and I found there was no difference between carseats and strollers online or in the store so I decided to buy them in the store. They had the Baby Select Jogger and Chicco Key Fit carseat in stock with the colors I wanted so I purchased and brought it home. They also had the carseat adapter I needed. They have everything you need in this store. Minus the big items I do not believe I would buy anything else because it's just too expensive. I will never purchase a $50 onesie and that is about average price for some of the outfits. To me that is ridiculous. Several times I've been in there the employees are knowledgeable and sweet and then the last time I've been in there I was swarmed with a couple employees who were just annoying. I was able to find the two ladies who helped me before and I had zero issues with them. The gentleman who works there seems to be in charge of ordering items is always nice and is onto of any questions thrown at him. Our crib goes from a crib to toddler bed to a full size bed. The railings for the full size bed have still not come in so every time I go into the store I've checked up with him and he checks to see when the arrival date is and finally he was able to give me one. I have no doubts they will get them to us as soon as possible but honest we will not need them for quite some time so there is no hurry other than I don't want to forget. read more

I'm a parts manager at a local automotive dealer, and I guess I didn't look "rich" enough to shop in the store. Last Saturday, my expecting wife and I, went in the store to look at baby clothes. We were followed relentlessly by 3 different employees, and constantly ask "Can I help you find something" even after I said we were just looking. I will not go back. NEVER shop there! The owner/manager is extremely rude! I noticed the car seat I purchased from there was two years old (which they expire after 6 years). I was lied to by the owner twice (I know it was a lie because I called Graco to confirm the information he gave me). He then threatened that he would get his attorney to come after me and asked me to never come in the store again. I never expected to be treated like that after spending well over $1000 there in the past! I am still in shock at how poor his customer service was! I was not asking for a new car seat I just asked for a fair price as a replacement. After asking around, I have heard of others who purchased "old" car seats from that store! Beware that the owner does NOT stand behind the products he sells and may offer you false information when you ask!!!!!! read more
