After a frustrating experience at the Alpharetta location, where I wasn't even measured properly for the tuxedo I needed for one of my best friend's weddings, I walked into the Montgomery store feeling stressed and pressed for time. Thankfully, their associate, Mr. Jordan Anderson, turned what could have been a disaster into an outstanding experience. Jordan went above and beyond in every possible way. When I explained my situation, he immediately sprang into action. Not only did he help me find the correct tuxedo shoes (which, as someone with a difficult size 14, is no easy task), but he also went into the back of the store to search for any suitable options. When it looked like there might not be a pair in stock, he even made calls to other stores in the area to line up replacements just in case. Thankfully, Jordan found a perfect pair on one of the displays--an absolute clutch move that saved the day. He didn't stop there. Jordan also helped my roommate, who was dealing with the wrong jacket size, ensuring he too was taken care of. Throughout the process, Jordan was professional, understanding, and incredibly efficient, making us feel like his top priority. Because of his quick thinking, dedication, and attention to detail, I was able to look and feel my best for such an important occasion. I LOVE ROSS! They have a huge selection of clothing for women,men, and kids. I have bought several…read morepairs of shoes and multiple shirts from here. Always very cheap and good quality clothing. One downside is that most of the clothing is slightly disorganized so you have to be willing to look through lots of clothes. And I have also noticed that the employees are usually slow while checking you out. Other than that, Ross is a great place to shop and I highly recommend that you stop to shop here!

The offerings included clothes, purses, jewelry, skincare/beauty products, perfumes/colognes, home decor, snacks, and so much more. I desired to primarily get self-care products and a sweet treat. In this shopping trip, I gathered the following: * Lip Masks * Pineapple & Coconut Milk Body Spray Fragrance * Retinol Under-Eye Roller Serum * Dubai Chocolate Bar For these four items, I spent around $40. The total for everything was not too bad at all. The store was well-organized and presentable. Searching for products in each aisle was provided with such ease. The customer service was nice and met expectations. The check-out line was fairly quick and moved at a nice pace. Parking was ample and accessible. Overall, this TJ Maxx was marvelous.
