The Customer service is the best in the city. If you don't know how to use a new product, they will patiently teach you how to do so, themselves. They almost always have what I need, and if not, they will get it as quickly as possible. If I have any problems with a product that I have purchased there, I go to the store for help, and know I will get that help! Unlike many other businesses, the workers there are always very helpful, respectful, and mannerly! I wish that every business took care of customers the way this one does. Not a huge deal, but it does lessen your experience. Sitting on the back porch, we heard the incessant barking of dogs from a nearby kennel. I was also disappointed that the place could use a bit of a cleaning. The man working was dressed rather slovenly, as well. Shorts and a T-shirt was a bit too casual.
