They almost always have what I need, and if not, they will get it as quickly as possible. Many reviews also raved about how friendly the staff was. That was not my experience. She wasn't terrible, but she didn't seem very knowledgeable about the products being sold. When I had questions, I didn't really feel like I was getting informed or confident answers, which made it difficult to know what I was purchasing.
