The Customer service is the best in the city. If you don't know how to use a new product, they will patiently teach you how to do so, themselves. They almost always have what I need, and if not, they will get it as quickly as possible. If I have any problems with a product that I have purchased there, I go to the store for help, and know I will get that help! Unlike many other businesses, the workers there are always very helpful, respectful, and mannerly! I wish that every business took care of customers the way this one does. Not sure what products you all were referring to, but your basic vapes (Lost Mary, Geek Bar, FOG, etc.) were just as high as gas stations, if not higher. Many reviews also raved about how friendly the staff was. That was not my experience. She wasn't terrible, but she didn't seem very knowledgeable about the products being sold. When I had questions, I didn't really feel like I was getting informed or confident answers, which made it difficult to know what I was purchasing. Maybe I just caught them on an off day, but based on all the glowing reviews, I definitely expected a better experience.

Any way, I had actually visited another place to find new coils but the first store, which I won't mention here, did not carry them and referred me to this store instead. Southern Vape had what I was looking for, as well as a good selection of juices/e-liquids, so I purchased a new bottle too. Definitely not the biggest selection, but still enough variety to get someone like me by while traveling on business. Customer service was friendly and seemed knowledgeable of the products in her store (even if she wasn't familiar with a soft serve dessert dish I had in Japan; how dare she say, "ew").
