I bought a heart ring ($98, but plus tax = $107) from the pandora section of Dillards on 3/13/26 …read more This was a gift for my girlfriend for our anniversary, we first opened the ring on 3/15/26, where my girlfriend noticed it was deformed and missing diamonds. We tried to take it back but Dana and her manager refused. Claiming that she would never sell a ring like that and was very sure. When we requested to roll back the cameras they said "No." They also do not show you the ring before purchasing it, they just put it in the box and give it to you. After they refused me the refund I went to the official Pandora store to buy a new ring and they gave me a preview of the ring and boxed it in front of me. I have no reason to destroy a ring that's meant for my girlfriend and return it.

Store owner has taken a lot of time setting the store up in a very user friendly way and was very personable while we were there shopping. Nice selection of women's clothing and jewelry. Also have some pretty cool candles that have the wood wicks. Prices are good and they do have a fitting room, so you can try stuff on and see how it fits. My wife found a couple things and was really pleased with her purchase and the shopping experience here. We would check them out if we return to the area and would recommend them to others.

I told her a prom dress, and she asked me what size. I told her anywhere from 0,2, or even 4s work on me. She looked at me kind of funny, and showed me where they were. I started picking out dresses, so that I would be able to have them all to try on without having to put on all of my clothes and have to go BACK out , fully dressed to pick out more dresses, and for some reason that dissatisfied them. The sales lady looked at me after I had picked out 3 dresses all size 2, and with an ugly look, and told me I should "make sure your in the CORRECT size", as if saying I needed a bigger size. I ignored and kept picking out dresses. Then, ANOTHER sales lady walks over and implies the same thing, and tells me I should try the ones I already picked out ON, instead of picking out more. So, feeling like I had no other choice, I did. And every single dress was $375+ and all extremely long and did not fit correctly. As I was trying on dresses, the workers would knock on the door. And pressure me to come out, and a direct quote : "Are they even fitting?" . They only let you bring 3 in at a time so I had to get fully dressed and go back out to get the next 3, which was extremely aggravating and inconvenient. Again, they knock repeatedly and made me extremely uncomfortable, pressuring me to come out of the room. I walked out of the dressing room, and they asked why I didn't come out in any. (There's mirrors in the room). I told them all the dresses were too long, and didn't fit me correctly. The sales lady laughed at me, and said "Any dress you get, you'll have to get hemmed and have adjustments made". I left and found a perfect dress that needed NO HEMMING OR ADJUSTMENTS at david's bridal for half the price. Would not EVER recommend and would never step foot in there again.

I walked into the store with my children…read more My reason for coming in the store was to look for jewelry with my oldest daughter for prom. We were not greeted when we walked in the store. Less than a minute, an associate beelined her way to the area we were in. I caught her eyes watching my children. She never offered to help until I made the remark "if you're going to walk over here to watch us, at least offer to help". Her response was "I was just walking over here to lean on the table". Out of all the tables in the store...yea right! My kids overheard her talk on her radio to another associate and stated I was a "rude" customer. Not rude at all. I called her out on her racial profiling. Interestingly, she was very attentive to everyone who walked in the store after us, which was over the top.
