Natasha, the owner and super cool lady, spent 45 MINUTES with my bra fitting, and finally found one that fits me like a glove -- FIRST TIME IN OVER 10 YEARS!!! I'm growing my hair out, so I got a simple neck trim and they charged me $72! I should have refused to pay. The stylist had dirty clothes, the floor was dirty, complete with a disposable mask discarded on the floor as if no one had swept. He cut my hair dry and then wet it with cold water, barely washed it and proceeded to blow dry it even though I had only booked for a cut. Then she rings me up for $72! No warning when I booked that the stylist charged upwards of $65 for a cut. They are not upfront with their fees. I got a sloppy cut in a dirty establishment. When I complained I was told I could speak with the owner. Instead of being apologetic for the bad experience I had, the owner said that he had me on camera being violent and harrassing to the staff. I did no such thing! Then he doubled down and said if I left a bad review that he'd sue me for libel! What a joke! I said show me the tapes, I'd like to see what it is you think you have. I plan on leaving a bad review anywhere I can, I can't believe the way I was treated. Do not go here, they overcharged me and threatened to sue me when I complained. What a rip off and ridiculous accusations to add to it!
