The color books were broken and the salon itself didn't feel like the cleanest environment. Unfortunately, just three hours after getting my nails done, the polish had already chipped. I called on Wednesday the 12th to see if I could come in and have them fixed. The woman who answered the phone told me I could come in anytime to have them fixed. I went back today, Thursday the 13th, and the receptionist didn't even acknowledge or greet me. Another nail technician eventually looked at my nails, told me to have a seat, and then asked me to come back in 45 minutes to have them fixed. I understand that things happen, but considering how quickly the polish chipped and how I was treated when I came back to have the issue corrected, I'm really disappointed with my experience. I expected much better customer service and quality, especially as a first-time customer.

I was half way through my gel pedicure and decided to look them up on yelp. I was horrified. I didn't make it through the pedicure without being wounded or bleeding. I did find it odd that they didn't use any lotion in the process and instead doused my feet and legs with oil. The exfoliating was also very rough and painful. I thought I made it through relatively unscathed. Then my feet started burning later in the day. The internet said it could be burning from cuticle softener being left on the skin or a fungus. I'm betting (hoping) on my skin just being hurt from the chemicals. I soaked my feet this evening and used an antibacterial soap and then moisturizer. Hopefully it works.
