Walkway: when Scott put in the forms, it was designed with a curve, which I didn't expect. Naturally he could redesign if needed. But, with just a little tweak, I fell in love with it! He also made sure it was pitched properly so any water will run to the driveway. Driveway: I had a flooding issue because the cracked slabs sunk a bit. He removed them without damaging the remaining slabs. The new ones were poured & pitched perfectly. No flooding! Also, when my cat ran through the wet concrete & made deep impressions they were able to fix it without an issue. Price was very reasonable & the work is great. Highly recommend! My situation involved a leak that was coming down into my living room ceiling. I wasn't sure where it was coming from but assumed it was the fireplace. I contacted another company that had done work on my home previously. Long story short, they were super dishonest and wanted me to do way more work than needed, quoting a very high price. We contacted Patryk after seeing his truck in the neighborhood, and he communicated very nicely. He came over, popped up on the roof for an inspection, and saw that the siding needed replacing. He pointed out that the other stuff quoted by the previous company wasn't necessary. Honesty is what we got here with Always Quality Construction. As for the work, it was perfection. He got a great color match, the work looks fantastic, and everything was clean when he left. I have more projects planned and will continue to work with them. They are now my go-to for all siding, roofing, and anything else they'll do! Highly recommend!

It was obvious from the get go that Patryk was very knowledgeable about the product and spent a lot of time with us before presenting his quote. This proved itself to be the case throughout thr process: He kept in constant communication with us and his craftsmanship was impeccable. Do not start a siding job without meeting with Patryk first.

Elias took a look at the space and provided me with some ideas for an upgrade. He was able to come back to our home a few weeks after taking down the willow tree, and take some measurements and provide us with a more detailed idea of what we should do. He was able to get back to our house very quickly, remove our old patio, and put in a beautiful upgraded paver patio. The job was done very quickly and it completely transformed our backyard. The quality of Elias' workmanship is second to none. He and his crew have a customer for life. We are ready to have Elias and his crew back in the spring for more improvements to our yard, including landscaping and some other projects. My family and I recommend Elias if you need any kind of landscaping, hardscaping or other work done at your home!

However, after the first rain, it became clear that the drainage issue had become far worse. Where we use to get minimal pooling on in the spring, we now had a pond. The work was not completed per the terms of the contract. The photos are after they installed our so-called drainage solution. We were able to obtain a landscaping laser level and probe to find the pipe. We found that not only was the drainage pipe run uphill away from the house but no pea gravel or filtered sock has been used. Elias has not fixed the issue or refunded our substantial bill for our yard drainage and has had more than a month to do so.
