We piggy-backed on our neighbors when they were mulching their yard, and now our whole culdesac uses them for spring clean up and mulching. We are Using them for a larger landscaping project this summer, and will update this review then! Very professional, but still with a small business feel, but they always do a good job. We experienced some pretty destructive wind damage from the storm on April 2nd. We had a stand of 3…read morevery large trees near our rear yard fence. One went down taking out a portion of our fence, crashed into our garage smashing part of the gutter that it hit. A huge problem was actually the fence because the dogs could not go out alone. My husband could not lift the tree to put the boards back up for the fence. He called JBS Tree Service Friday a.m and was able to get removal arranged for Monday a.m. They arrived on time, actually earlier than we expected. They set everything up, used plywood on the grass so as not the leave ruts in the lawn. They were very respectful of our property. This was a huge piece of equipment. We ended up having all of the trees removed because it seemed like the whole root ball would be compromised. They also ground the stumps. The crew was probably 5 workman and it was absolutely orchestrated. they completed cleaned up our yard and the neighbors yard behind us. they even cleaned the driveway that was not really their mess. Joaquin is the nicest guy and truly wonderful to do business with. He is licensed and an arborist also. They made a bad situation into a good experience. I highly recommend them.

He said he had tons and tons of conrete fill, and asked that we rent him a Bobcat. First we rented him a Bobcat for a 1-day rental. They came back the next day but FORGOT THE KEYS to their truck. We had to pay extra money to get the rental company to come pick-up the bobcat. They left their dump truck on our property for a week. Second, when they finally came back RICARDO asked for us to rent him a DINGO so that they can finish the job pushing the concrete fill. BUT, he used the dingo at other jobs for 3 DAYS BEFORE COMING TO OUR PROPERTY. He tore up half our yard in the process. It's been 3 MONTHS in trying to get him to come back --- our yard looks like crap, and the concrete still sits there and is so unsightly. I've asked him to reimbuse for the 3 days he did NOT use the equipment at our place ($850+) and he keeps giving me the run around. He also went on and on about giving us free material if this and that, but as someone said in another review, I don't think he remembers scope or what he told us previously very well. He hardly returned calls or texts. Or he would give some fluff about "he'll come tomorrow" but no-showed. We trusted him and were patient, but now it's just ridiculous and very disappointing. This has been such a headache for us and now have to spend more money to try and fix the problems they created.
