We mentioned that we had some landscaping work we wanted to do and they went out of their way to be accomodating and helpful. Everyone from the top to the bottom was extremely friendly, capable and neat. The work was done on time and by their expressed schedule. The level of creativity and responsibility for our property was amazing. They went over and above what was in their contract, we are extremely pleased and would recommend them to everyone. We have dealt with many contractors and find Cal and Shan's the top of the list! Their philosophy is that they will treat your property as if it was their own, and they follow it meticulously. Their workmanship was phenomenal.

We had Cal and Shan's replace our back concrete steps and pour a concrete patio in 2021. Mostly…read moregood, except... the landing between the steps and the patio was poured incorrectly, sloping toward the house and causing rainwater to leak under the wall into the enclosed sunroom. Todd resisted replacing the landing, suggesting instead making a drainage groove in the landing and installing flashing with sealant along the bottom of the wall. Against our better judgment, we went with his approach. It worked for a while, sort of, but water would still leak in with heavy rain and the problem got worse with time. I called again this year and talked to Ross, asking how they would recommend resolving the issue; he said they would contact us to schedule a time for Todd to come take a look, but I never heard back. Thus, we hired someone else to fix their mistake. It was an expensive project, was done incorrectly, and their followup/response was poor. I see lots of positive reviews online for them, but our experience is that if there is an issue with their work, they aren't likely to do much to make it right.

My situation involved a leak that was coming down into my living room ceiling. I wasn't sure where it was coming from but assumed it was the fireplace. I contacted another company that had done work on my home previously. Long story short, they were super dishonest and wanted me to do way more work than needed, quoting a very high price. We contacted Patryk after seeing his truck in the neighborhood, and he communicated very nicely. He came over, popped up on the roof for an inspection, and saw that the siding needed replacing. He pointed out that the other stuff quoted by the previous company wasn't necessary. Honesty is what we got here with Always Quality Construction. As for the work, it was perfection. He got a great color match, the work looks fantastic, and everything was clean when he left. I have more projects planned and will continue to work with them. They are now my go-to for all siding, roofing, and anything else they'll do! Highly recommend!

It was obvious from the get go that Patryk was very knowledgeable about the product and spent a lot of time with us before presenting his quote. His price was competitive but he also stood out because of his communication skills and attention to detail. We chose to go with him above three other quotes/contractors. This proved itself to be the case throughout thr process: He kept in constant communication with us and his craftsmanship was impeccable. Do not start a siding job without meeting with Patryk first.

Power was also 10-25% less expensive than the other estimates I received. Once I approved the estimate, they were out in a week to do the work. Day 1 was a full day to remove two trees. Both were ~50-60 feet (oak and ash) and were in the backyard that was not accessible by a bucket truck so they had to climb it. Day 2 was 2-3 hours of work to grind the two stumps. The lead time for the other overpriced companies were at least 1-2 months out. Power's crew also did a great job of minimizing any damage to the lawn considering the amount and weight of wood they have to remove.
