We called Arteaga Fence to get an estimate in 2018. We promptly received a response from Oner who was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Oner came out to do the estimate and answered all of our questions. He even gave us solid recommendations. The team then came out and did a brilliant job! In 2020, we reached out to Oner again to complete the 2nd phase of the project. Again, he was very responsive. The team arrived and completed the project in just a couple of hours! We highly recommend Arteaga Fence! read more

Absolutely abhorrent communication and follow up. They no showed to an appointment they had agreed to almost 1 month ago with no notification and didn't bother to reach out after. When we called to get things rescheduled, they repeatedly pushed it off with promises to call with updates but have failed to follow up on that too. They may offer a warranty on their work but it's useless if you can't get a hold of them. Would not recommend unless you like wasting your time. read more

this company it'a not good at all, they do a really bad work with cheap material and they don't respect the guarantee, they never answer the telephone. I Do Not Recommend It At All. read more

Requested a quote to build a small garden fence. Took some time to get the quote and when we asked to change material and shrink the size of the project to come within scope of the budget, we were told that the price was just the price and it was as low as they would go regardless. I felt like we got the run around for two weeks trying to get a quote on this project and they kind of just blew us off because they couldn't make enough money off of it apparently. read more

They made an error when installing my fence and installed the gate in the wrong location, because of this it doesn't follow the grade correctly and there's a big gap at the bottom. I've met with them and showed them this and they were supposed to replace the gate by last Christmas. This never happened. They didn't call they didn't show up. I called them several times they said they would get it done. It's still not done now. They're not returning my call read more

i called them for an estimate. They came out and then I never heard from them again. I called twice asking nicely when I might get an estimate and they always had an excuse. 2 weeks later still nothing. I do not recommend! ZERO STARS read more

Arteaga Fence has always done great work for us. We have about 200 linear feet of cedar fence that started to get come down at certain places during the windy seasons around November or right after the winter months. They do a great job explaining to me my posts were too small and replaced them and made sure everything was secured properly and looked good afterward. They've been out replacing different sections of the fence each year for the last four years. Great customer service too! read more

Lucio and team did an amazing job from design to installation. We got the exact fence design that we wanted. The workers worked fast and were careful with our existing landscaping. I would highly recommend them. read more

Lucio and his team were amazing, and breathed new life in the old deck at the house we purchased ... gave us great rate, and did a phenomenal job. I would recommend his team to all my friends for their deckwork needs. read more

Arteaga Fence - our stunning deck by Arteaga Fence - Fences & Gates Near Me

Bottom line- I received a great product and great service with Arteaga Fence Co. I contacted 4 fence companies in my area at the end of June. Arteaga was the first one to get back to me; within a couple of hours after my initial contact. The young man who completed the estimate was very courteous and professional. He patiently answered all my questions and took the time to take exact measurements. The work crew was just as good. They let the fence posts sit in concrete for at least a day, which I preferred the extra insurance of a sturdy fence. They also answered questions I had and cleaned up. I highly recommend Arteaga Fence. read more

Great company to work with! Lucio Arteaga is an honest guy with lots of great ideas. He gave me a great price to put up some fencing. The price was so great, I also had them sand and stain my deck as well as replace the dated railing. The outcome is gorgeous! The quality is outstanding! We are already planning the next project to update the exterior of my home. I wish they did interior renovations! Lol! Call them first and save yourself the headache of chasing other companies that never call back or act like they are doing you a favor. Arteaga is your only call! read more

We got quotes from 3 different fence companies. Arteaga was the most responsive, friendly, AND the least expensive. They started within a week and had the job completed in 2 1/2 days. Our new cedar split rail fence is gorgeous and sturdy! I highly recommend Arteaga Fence. read more

Great company, they go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied. These are some of the most professional people I have ever dealt with. Thank you so much for everything! read more

Our fence is beautiful! We recently moved to Kenosha and had a quote from another company that we were going to go with and just before we signed the quote, I looked them up on Yelp. That company did NOT have good reviews but Arteaga Fence sure did so I called Lucio. He was VERY prompt in his reply and came out the next night to do a quote. His quote was lower than the other company's and Lucio's quote was for a better wood AND included steel posts. The installation time frame was right when Lucio predicted which is absolutely amazing during a pandemic. Again, we're new to our neighborhood in Kenosha and don't know all the neighbors but several of them, that we've never met, have stopped us to let us know how great our fence looks and ask who did it. The city inspector was also very impressed. Seriously, you really need to contact Lucio! read more

I can't say enough about the service we received from Arteaga Fence. They were professional, with good quality materials and service. The price quote we got was the best out of 4 companies that came out to look at our property. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable price. 5 stars for sure. read more

Excellent experience working with Arteaga Fence. This is a professional company and the end result was a great looking fence installation. Lucio responded promptly to my quote request, and worked with me patiently through the options I requested during the process. He and his crew worked hard and the job was completed in the expected time frame. The pricing was in line with other quotes received. Lucio was a great representative of his company and his customer service is what earned my business. Don't hesitate to give them a call. read more

After we bought our house we wanted to fence in the yard right away to secure our dogs. Since it was the end of October we were worried about getting the fence in quickly before the ground froze. We called 3 different fence companies and NONE of them showed up to the appointments we had made for estimates. We were very disappointed until my neighbor recommended Arteaga Fence. I gave them a call and Oner called me back right away, answered all my questions, and set up a free estimate appointment. After he gave us the estimate we were so pleased with the service already that we hired them. We had paperwork to file with the Home Owners Association and the village to get a building permit and they helped walk me through all of that. Within a week we got approval to build and after a few scheduling issues due to weather, they came to install the fence. The installers were wonderful, quick, and knew what they were doing. We are so happy with the outcome and the fence is beautiful. Our dogs love running around and feeling safe. I would recommend them to anyone! read more

Lucio and his team did a great job at my house. He follow up with me on every step from beginning until everything was completed. The fence looks awesome but what made the difference was the customer service. Give him a call and you will see. read more

Lucio at Arteaga Fence is amazing. We had them install our fence last year, and we loved it so much we upgraded and updated our deck too. Our old deck was so old and small, it's brand new and almost twice as big. Lucio gave us a quote and got the work done in less time than I expected. When our neighbors ask where we got our fence and deck done, we always recommend Arteaga Fence. You won't be disappointed in the pricing and quality of their work. read more

Best price, very professional and responsive. We had a wrought iron fence put in 2 yrs ago and they did an amazing job! Highly recommend!

Still waiting for refund from Lucio, be aware. Shady service. Deck is already peeling, screws coming out...very poor job. Stay away.

Beware! They didn't even show up for estimate. No phone call or anything. That shows no professionalism at all.

If looking to put a fence up this is the go to company. They had by far the best quote out of 4 other estimates I received. They did a great job putting up a fence for me. I was very satisfied with the whole process. read more

Professional, courteous and honest. I got several bids and Lucio included everything on bid, no hidden costs. Pricing was very competitive. Crew arrived as scheduled and worked diligently to completion, stopping only to ask questions to ensure that I was satisfied. Crew was mindful of neighbors property and cleaned up my yard when done. Fence is high quality and looks great. It was obvious from the start that Lucio and his crew take pride in their work. read more

Arteaga Fence did a great job for me. They were professional and respectful of my property. The quality of the fence and installation itself was excellent. Plus, they fixed my gate - something 2 other companies failed to do. Very good price too. I shopped this project and they came in on the lower end. You might have to wait a few weeks to get scheduled but it's well worth it. read more

After sending out his brother to give us a quote, we have had no response. Repeated calls to Roger go unanswered.
