After about a 30-minute wait, we were seated overlooking the lake. The open-air setting is one of the restaurant's biggest strengths. It offers a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful waterfront views that make the wait worthwhile. Our waitress, Maribel, was friendly, kind, and attentive throughout the evening. She offered helpful recommendations, and I'm glad I followed one of them. I ordered the Three Bridges Signature Pressed Burger with bacon, white cheddar, caramelized onions, roasted garlic aïoli, arugula, and smoked paprika fries. The burger was smaller than I expected, especially considering the Disney price point, but it was flavorful and well prepared. The combination of toppings worked well together, and Maribel's recommendation proved to be a good one. The only disappointment was the fries. While they had good flavor, they arrived only lukewarm instead of hot and crispy, which kept the meal from reaching the next level. Overall, Three Bridges delivers where it matters most: a beautiful lakeside atmosphere, friendly service, and quality food. The burger was enjoyable despite its size, and I'd order it again. If the fries had come out fresh and piping hot, this easily could have been a five-star experience. If you're staying at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, Three Bridges is well worth a visit, especially if you're looking for a relaxing dinner with great views after a busy day.

You can customize your seasoning with mild, medium or super spicy. I don't like spicy food so I ordered the mild combo which is a mixture of the cajun and buttery garlic seasoning! So delicious! Even before walking in we were greeted by Chad, the manager and Bradley one of the cooks. They were so friendly that we just had to go to go in for a drink and a bite to eat. The entire resort is so beautiful and Escudo's was no difference, great view of resort. We both had their Bonnet Punch drink (see menu) they were a great way to kick off our vacation. We also got food, we experienced a new appetizer Cheesy Yuca Bites, and OMG they were awesome! Followed by Barbacoa Fajita Bowel which went great with the appetizer. The service would say was one of the best team at a bar & grill I have seen! Shout out to Marcel, Matt, and Fernando, great conversations. I am sure we will be going back while we are here.
