It's the one bar and restaurant option at the Sheraton Orlando Resort Lake Buena Vista. This is not the breakfast buffet or in-hotel convenience market. This is available at the indoor or outdoor bar areas. The menu is pretty basic. Nachos and mozzarella sticks. And the pizza and sandwiches. They have desserts too, but we didn't try the desserts. The mozzarella sticks were pretty good dipped in ranch. The cheese pizza with extra cheese was decent- but the tomato sauce was a basic tomato sauce. Not the best tasting sauce. Tasted like the tomato sauce used for a kids pizza. Service was really good. Our server was tentative and friendly. read more

The sat outside, plenty of seating. Food was very good, we got cheese, quesadilla, and buffalo chicken wings. Service wasnt so great, it took a long time for them to even acknowledge us. A surprisingly delicious meal! Just wasn't expecting that from this hotel poolside bar. LOCATION & DECOR: Poolside at the Sheraton. Bring a room key to enter that area although there is usually one door open. FOOD & DRINK: A few major label beers. Corona, blue moon, some IPA. PRICE: $$ $16- Fish n Chips $22- 14 inch Buffalo chicken pizza SWAG/AMENITIES: Couple of hot tubs surrounding the pool on opposite sides. One where the adults play and one for the kiddos, thank God. Nothing worse than kids splashing in a hot tub. Games around there pool side area--big chess and corn hole among others. STAFF & EXPERIENCE: We were welcomed in with joyous greetings. We arrived before our room was ready, but were able to get our bags held up front while we went to the poolside bar. We were waited on hand and foot. Never waited too long for food. Proportions were great. There was sports on the TV. Noise level was average. Overall, I'd eat here again. read more

The bar located at the pool! I looked over the menu and decided on "Hunka Burnin' Love" which was supposed to consist of Skrewball, banana purée and amaretto. I was informed they didn't have Skrewball, but had a different peanut butter whisky. The bartender did let me try it. Eh, it was just okay. The drink was also just okay. It needed to have Skrewball for the correct flavors. For food I shared mozzarella sticks, chicken quesadilla and pepperoni pizza with a bunch of friends. All was decent. Nothing spectacular or blow me away flavors. Also, BUYER beware. There is an automatic 15% tip added on to all bills! Do not make the same mistake my friends and I made and double tip. read more

This was such a great experience, they're open till 7:00 p.m. and they will save you while you're by the pool. You would have to go to the bar so don't over expect. Billy was absolutely exceptional he made my time down at the pool as a single woman and absolutely incredible. You know, when you do trips by yourself, it's often hard to like kind of go out on alone, but Billy made that cool. I had to see him in oh my God, it was freaking delicious. I danced everybody around me, and it made fun of me it was the whole thing, but that food was so good. There's so much to do here that you can grab a drink, sit by the pool, grab a drink, and sit by the bar. The staff is incredible. read more

We ate and drank here on several different days as we frolicked around in the pools which are in the center of the four hotel buildings -- makes a perfect common hangout spot. Service-- on point. Everyone at this hotel is super friendly and attentive; front desk staff are fast friends, housekeepers are very customer service oriented, and the 27 Palms team are no different. You're never kept waiting for food, drinks, or tabs; they are amply staffed and work well as a team to make sure that even when there is a small crowd, you sure feel like you are their #1 customer. Any time we would order anything that needed prep and we're obviously ready to wander off anywhere else, they'd happily bring whatever it was to wherever we were. Ambiance-- it's a 20+ seat wraparound pool bar with plenty of room, four TV's that are kept at just the perfect volume that you can quietly hear them but they're never intrusive, and you're surrounded by two pools and two hot tubs. 27 palm trees are in evidence. Food-- Very reasonable prices and selection for this caliber of resort hotel. The food they do have comes out quickly and everything we had was fine. Mostly burgers and fried foods, though they do have some other items on the menu, too. Drinks-- Great selection for a pool bar, good pours and prices. read more

A great sunny day to go with a great draft beer. The bartenders were very tentative and were very kind. I got an Ocean Sun IPA draft beer that was really good, but I got 2 cocktails for my girlfriend and she did not like it very much. We decided not to get any food because we already had a bad experience with food inside of the hotel, but other than that we got our drinks really quick and they were served with great attitudes. They had TVs under the hut of the bar if you want to just stay there to watch TV and enjoy your beverage. read more

Caesar salad with fresh Parmesan, grilled chicken and green goddess Caesar dressing was Fantastic -- and huge we shared it! Ate it 2 x while here it was sooo good. kid' s hot dog was large and juicy and homemade fries were very good. The fish tacos were not very tasty but the homemade chips were excellent! 5 stars for the atmosphere. Lunch pool side is never a bad thing and it is a great place to chill with a fruity drink. 2 stars for the service and food. I ordered a banana daquiri and it didn't taste like banana. The food and drinks took FOREVER. The waiter advised my friend that the chicken may be dry on her wrap (and it was). I had a salmon caesar salad, which was actually pretty good Honestly, I wouldn't come for the food or drinks alone, but it is a nice spot to enjoy lunch if you are hanging at the pool at the Sheraton. Great customer service and the pool/pool bar is a wonderful oasis in the lake bueno vista area. There is a variety of food and drink choices plus you can order from the hotel restaurant, Zest, plus the menu at the pool bar. Plenty of choices plus a kids menu. I ordered the 1 pound of the peel and eat shrimp. Had do send back about 1/2 dozen due to not being clean inside (shrimp poop). My replacements were just as dirty as the first. They offered me an alternative or a refund. I was not interested in either, as I had eaten all the other shrimp and I'm not looking for free stuff, just wanted to relax at the pool and enjoy some shrimp and a drink. read more
