I'm calling this in and hopefully they get shut down so nobody Else has to experience this I've gotten multiple Brazilians before I usually go to my girl name Brandiii or European Wax Center's every time I went to European Wax Center I've been out within 15 to 20 minutes I get after corona you know it may have taken a little longer but 30 at Max I guess Cindy used cold wax on me she did not change popsicle sticks the whole time and I realize that at the end she only use two popsicle sticks and double dipped the whole time Lord knows how many people has fucking vagina juices in that wax pot I am disgusted and literally getting myself tested I already have an appointment for tomorrow Unfortunately I can't show the video because it's graphic of the cold wax dried on my inner lips but this chick literally put oils over my areas to try to get the pieces of cold wax off of me and the cotton balls for whatever reason she tried to rub that on there and it just stuck after getting the wax off of me she got a hot towel from there a little microwave things and placed it directly on my vagina and rubbed it all from that area to my back area and labia it was the most painful experience I've ever had she like exfoliated me five fucking times with a towel I have a rash And terrible allergic reaction to this I don't know what the fuck she did but I've never had any experience like this when you go to European Wax Center they tell you to go on your back they tell you to put your heels together and circle your legs for the front part and they tell you to butterfly for the sensitive areas she knew nothing of those positions she said she was learning and at one point she let her coworker in so they can both look at me on the table as I am literally exposed as if I was a fucking spectacle I was so uncomfortable with the circumstances there's so much more but I'm just gonna talk to the California state board of barbering about that. This area is pretty much right next to Round Tables with plenty of parking. I walk in with my sisters greeted pleasantly with no hesitation asking what services they were able to assist with us today. I got both mani gel and pedi. Jenny did an amazing job on my nails and was super friendly. Only thing was the total for long nail extensions and dip powder cost me $87 (before tip was added) which was very high in my opinion but I guess it is my own fault for not asking the price first. Ok so I really didn't want to have to do this. Hear me out, a girlfriend made us 3 Appointments for pedicures and one herself also getting a manicure. Our apt was set for Monday 9:30 I called at 9'am and asked if we could get two additional apts for full set while we did pedicures. I was reassured no problem. Which I found interesting but I was greatful at the same time. We arrived to find only 2 workers there, they apologized and said more worker were coming. I was off that day but wasn't expecting to spend over two hours there. Also I felt pressured into her a mani with gel even after I said I had to go soon they said don't worry I'll do it. So I was like whatever. I'm super dissatisfied the color is wrong. The job was rushed My nail polish peeled off before 6 days after they insisted they would last 2 weeks. Here the kicker I spent almost $200 and she repeatedly wanted me to pay cash and tell her my tip amount . I'm in the industry and I'm applauded that she would repeatedly ask for what tip amount and encourage cash. Rubbed me the wrong way. My nails are awful it was such a waste Of money. Worst nail salon don't go here. Went in there for the first time since it was the only one available. They give the worse customer service, they kept grabbing my hands in very rude manner, they cut me a bunch of times that it stung and aside from that nails were very bulky and uneven. Went there next day because realized work was bad, asked them to remove nails and wanted a refund and they declined because they had got paid the day I went and only said they could fix them. Did anyone ever ask for domestic violence at a nail salon or at all?! The owner literally put her kung fu grip on my delicate arm. I was so shocked?! Let me back up and provide details. You can tell me if I was in the wrong. So. This beautiful morning, my girlfriend and I were trying to find a good nail spot between Geyserville and Forestville. We do these pedicure dates. Super new to the area, so trying to find the perfect place. She recommended this one off the reviews. *WARNING- Their review star system is not what it would seem. Experience that shit first hand because obviously mine was polar opposite. Who did they really think they were fooling??! Moving on- We both met up, sat in our chairs and began the spa pedicure. Already 10 minutes into it, my girlfriend notices there's a hole in her liner bag. You know, the liner bag that prevents bacteria. Well ahem, they needed to change that shit stat! They made such a big deal out of it. It could have been the language barrier, but I doubt it. So, while I had gel removed, my girlfriend sat in the spa chair for 45 minutes!! When the lady started working on my toes, she didn't cut cuticles and when she filed, it was crooked! Oh hell nah! I had to ask for the file myself and sat there in the spa chair trying to fix what she messed up. I had hang nails left to right, cuticles still intact; I MEAN WHAT KIND OF NAIL SALON IS THIS PLACE?!!!! I gave up. I could not take it anymore, especially after they left my girl in the seat for 45 minutes, complained about wasting a new liner on her and trying to charge her $2 extra for a basic OPI base coast. Who does that?!!! They are seriously the worse nail place in the entire nation. NO. ENTIRE WORLD. First off, I paid for my services- gel removal $5 and tipped $5; so why in the hell would the owner and two workers stand in my way and put their hands on me. THE OWNER PUT HER HANDS ON ME!! RED FLAG PEOPLE!! Well guess what. We called the cops on them and the cop said they were totally in the wrong; that I could take them to civil court if I wanted to. I am not a petty human, so I waived that right. I am so glad justice was served in this instance. The cop told them I didn't owe them anything. The cop also made them delete footage of us during the altercation. I will bring my lawyer to this bit*#! Best believe. 100% the owner was wrong for putting her hands on me, a customer and being 100% dishonest with the cop about the entire situation. The cop saw right through her, as did my girlfriend and I. In the end, we walked away safe, but with jacked up toes! *SMH. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET PHYSICALLY AND VERBALLY HARASSED. read more

This place ripped me off by overcharging me $100 then refusing to own the error (bc Cindy did it on purpose I now realize). I've been getting the same services for over 25 years. I live in Southern Marin and go to the same person but she is out of town and we were in Windsor for the weekend. I had an appointment at 10:30 am on Saturday July 30. They gave me pricing for a pedi refill, a gel mani, and eyebrow waxing. It came to about $125 which is typical. My regular gal charges me $100 but I know it's a deal bc of our long term relationship. I paid cash, $245. I went back in as I realized the amount was wrong to ask her to refund the extra $100 and she put her hand on my back and lightly pushed me towards the door babbling nonsense as I was telling her she overcharged me. I've tried for over a week to get in touch with her and now she is denying that I even went to her salon. Very shady. Now more about the services. I started getting worried when every single worker walked over several times looking over my shoulder as if checking to see how it was going. The nail tech doing my refill cut me several times. On almost every nail. But we were "almost" done I thought. It took her over two hours to finish. And the work was ok. The gel pedicure is pretty but it is already peeling one week later. The eyebrow wax which she then asked if I would like lip too still had hair left and skin ripped off on both eyebrows and upper lip. Pictures of all included. I would like to give zero stars if I could. The place was very busy and it's not my style to make a scene. You could tell she didn't want her regular customers hearing what I was saying bc as I said she was pushing me towards the door. I felt bad for the workers as you could tell they were giving me looks like they understood. It's too bad. We come up here often and I would have come back. I always bring cash and over tip. But Cindy, the owner, obviously took advantage of the fact that I was from out of town and thought I wouldn't be returning. However she is wrong as I will be going in again today to show her who I am and that I was in there last week. Hopefully she will do the right thing and return the money. So we've been a couple times now and I can say that this place is really lovely. While yes, the owner or manager can be a little pushy on the type of service you order and pushes for an upgrade, their work is impeccable. Specifically, I love Jenny's designs! She did my natural nails free handed while standing up with a beautiful design. It was very impressive. I kept the polish on for months until it had chipped away because it was just a that gorgeous. Although this last time we went, it wasn't so lovely. To start I went with 2 other people, 3 pedicures in total. They focused on myself and one of our trio but left the other sitting for almost an hour before rushing to finish hers. I had chosen a design from their design swatches (which is brilliant to have and say we have these 100 designs that we know how to do) and when I had asked for that to be done on my feet the woman, I don't remember her name, said she could. She did the wrong kind of flower design although it does look beautiful it wasn't what I had expected. Also, I would say that they very much need to work on their customer service when it comes to taking card or cash. The manager is very very firm on cash only which doesn't work so well when the service may cost around $100 you're not alerted beforehand that it is cash only. Though I feel like they do have a card reader that I have seen used?? Just a bit confusing on the payment. Overall, I would make sure to stop by for a nice treat to yourself.
