I've been here a few times. The food is okay. The service is meh. There is an older woman with brown hair and she can be really rude to customers at times. The last time I went and for a soft drink. I looked up and the ice dispenser has all black mold all over it. I feel like a good deep cleaning and kinder customer service would make this a better spot. read more

Had passed by this place several times & finally decided to stop in. It's an older restaurant but clean., great service, very moderate prices and the food is great! Nice variety on the menu. I had Nicks meat loaf -very tasty as were my sides-loved the tater tots-nice & crispy! My partner had the smothered chicken & he enjoyed it immensely. Had a nice chat with the owner-his father started the business over 60 years ago and he was quite active in the community. I'll be back! read more

The food is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I have been there 3 times and I WILL NOT RETURN NOR RECOMMEND. While again, the food is delicious, the ladies at the window are not friendly at all! The staff was extremely friendly and the food was great when I went today. We got chili dogs and a chili cheeseburger, and a hotdog plate. It was like $20 for 3 people to get a full plate, their food was so good and they were very generous with the chili! The fries were so good and hot and fresh, it tasted like they just made them fresh to order. I hope the owner or staff sees this review and gives theirselves a pat on the back because this is the best experience I've had at a local restaurant in inman. I came here years ago and I can say the service has DEFINITELY improved and the food has as well! Where do I start...had two chicken liver plates, the livers were dry and flavorless, no breading on it. Cabbage was sliced in strips not cut into chunks....I got a large piece of the core, really. The food was average and that 1/2 lb burger plate, so misrepresented as the patty is NOT 1/2 lb as you would think, maybe after they pile on 5 slices of tomatoes and lettuce. My 1st & probably last visit! I must say the food was delicious but the customer service was so terrible that I doubt if I ever visit again! Placed my order over the phone & went through the drive through to pick up. Pulled up to the window & set there a good 4-5 min while I watch about 3 employees walk by the window, look at me & turn their heads while another leaned up against the counter just standing there. Finally the cashier open the window & said " name"..... no hello or nothing all she said when she open the window was (NAME?) gave her my name she took payment & I asked for extra ketchup. As I was talking to her asking for extra ketchup she continued to close the drive through window saying " I put extra in there already" & closed the window. Looking in my bag I saw 4 packs of ketchup. I had a combo meal with half fries & half onion rings what was 4 packs of ketchup go do for me.... NOTHING! So I waited at the window & asked for a manager to explain to him how rude his employee was. He was very nice but seem not to care about my complaint at all as he began to tell me she's a good worker & don't think she was trying to be rude. But closing a drive through window in my face while I'm asking for extra ketchup is DEFINITELY RUDE! & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Food is good and staff is pleasant however, everytime I order food from here, whether it's drive through or dine in, the order is always wrong. Literally always. I ordered the ham Swiss wrap and received it on a bun once which I didn't even know was an option but I had made it home before realizing it. This place was awful. I had the world's blandest burger. I could have made something better at home with ingredients scavenged from the BiLo dumpster. My wife's country fried steak tasted like they pulled it out of a hungry man TV dinner and threw it on her plate after heating it up in a barely functioning microwave. By far the worst meal we've had in ages! The counter service was far from pleasant as well. We ordered the Country Steak, which came with fries, cole slaw, salad and a buttered hamburger bun. The "steak" was nothing more than a frozen, over cooked, breaded meat patty smothered in a very salty brown gravy. They give you 2. The cole slaw is puréed cabbage and carrots with relish. Quite fitting for a nursing home! The "salad" is a few pieces of iceberg lettuce with half a slice of mealy tomato. The only edible offering was the fries. We couldn't even eat the food, which never happens to us! Our family left hungry. The counter help made us feel like we were putting them out just being there. Not a hint of southern charm or hospitality! Our advice is avoid this place at all costs! It's no surprise after being there today, that their lot is usually empty. Put it this way, McDonalds would be better than the Palmetto. At least you expect poor service and low quality food at McD's! read more

This is a local business and as much as I would like to support local, the food and service is terrible. I ordered a basic hot dog and corn dog plate and the cashier made it clear that I was interrupting her conversation with her coworker. The food smelled disgusting on the drive home, even to the point my four year old pointed it out. I really don't know how you mess up fried food, but it smelled rancid. The hot dog was the only item that seemed remotely edible. The rest smelled so bad it went straight in the trash. read more

My wife ate here her bill was 30$ got home found out they charged us 300$ we called them to put it back on our card he said they cant but if we want she can come back and get cash so we live 30 min away he dident offer to compensate her having to come back over there and was very rude about it will never eat there again read more

I ate here today and when I got home realized they charged me $300 instead of $30. when I called in they told me I have to come down to the place if I wanted my money back because they didn't know how to put it back on my card.I drove 25 minutes down there an when I asked him how much he was giving me back he let me know I had to pay for my dinner even though he made me drive 25 minutes down there (plus get a babysitter for my kids since they were already sleeping) to get my $272 dollars back,when I told him that i am a nice person and dont get upset easily but that this was a huge inconvenience for me.He said "what are you gonna do about it" I left there crying and upset .Ive never had anyone treat me so rudely.When i got to the bank to put my money back in my account,the tellers in there all backed me up as well.This place does not know how to run a business.Im so disappointed and goes without saying,i wont be eating there again. read more
