I will be back for numerous treatments. The owner and the staff were so nice and I loved the vibe at the spa, beachy & laid back. They carry Eminence products reasonably priced. They also have an IPL & Mani/Pedi. I'm looking forward to my next appointment and will be bringing a friend!

I called the White Rock number and spoke to a woman who told me that my appointment was in Cloverdale. Not only did she say it was in Cloverdale, she gave me some attitude by saying the girl I booked the appointment with confirmed the location with me, and they were waiting for me! I am shocked. I said I'm calling the phone number listed for White Rock and she said the calls are routed through the Cloverdale location. This is none of my concern. I called the number listed, I expect the receiver to make sure the caller is aware of the details of their upcoming appointment. What should have happened ? The girl on the phone should have clarified the location of the appointment. I wouldn't have booked an appointment in Cloverdale when I live steps away from the White Rock location. The next thing that should have happened is the woman with the attitude on the phone apologize for the misunderstanding, and try to book me into an appointment at White Rock ASAP. I guess they don't want any more business. Good luck with that.

Even though its in the middle of the city and in a busy plaza but once the doors of the spa closes behind you, the noises of world also shut down. ( maybe thats just me) I was excited for cbd oil body massage coupled with derma facial. I just love pampering myself and they provide the means to you. First you are greeted , and then taken to change room/locker room. You get your locker with a key, a cosy and warm bathrobe, slippers and anything else like a rubber band or face mask. The bathroom has toilet and showers. Vanity has all the required items like a blow dry , roller, pins and stuff. Change and be seated in the relaxing lounge to have a cup of tea or wine until ur esthetician comes to take you to your room for services. Omg, my esthetician was having the most soft hands i ever felt. She was very professional and did good job. Whole experience was relaxing and smooth. Massage bed is heated and they don't uncover your whole body but parts by parts to massage so you are warm and covered the whole time ( letting the shy people know that ) . They have cool range of products to pick from and also they would suggest if that suits your skin type. Once your service is done, you can still relax m chill in the lounge and pay to leave whenever you are ready. I haven't tried anything else there but they do have manicures, pedicures and make up application counter apart from facials and massages so check th out.

Credit cards seem to be accepted but cash or debit is preferred by masseuses. I've only been there once. A young, friendly Japanese masseuse treated me. Coco speaks some english and apparently came from Tokyo, Japan about two years ago to White Rock. Women would have no interest in this spa. There is attractive decor, only inside, not outside. The foreign-born masseuses encourage men to come, apparently expecting large tippers.

Once your service is done, you can continue to relax in your own home instead of getting stressed out in traffic or crappy weather. The products used at Soulful Indulgence are mainly Beauty Through Balance products, which are all-natural and made right here in Canada. The nail products are mostly from Zoya, which offers cruelty-free, vegan nail polishes for you to choose from. All of their products are of excellent quality and aren't easily found in other spas, which is a real treat. I've had the opportunity to try many different packages and services given the owner is a friend of mine, and I must say that I absolutely love the massages and pedicures. Anyone who slaves over a desk all day should indulge in one of these treatments. *Relaxation Massage*: Bliss. What could be better than coming out of your own washroom in a fluffy spa robe to a delightfully scented living room? Honestly, nothing beats having a spa inside your home. Michelle brings in her very own massage table with crisp, clean sheets and a super-relaxing room spray (which is optional if you're not a fan of lavender smell). And again, her hands work their magic and you are entranced in a wonderful, relaxing world of massage. *Signature Pedicure*: Amazing. My feet feel like a million bucks after one of these, and Michelle take her time and ensures your feet are properly soaked and filed down before passing on to the polish part. I took a picture of my toes for you. *Waxing*: Usually the idea of waxing half my hair off really creeps me out, but Michelle takes her time to set the mood to a relaxing one, ensuring her customers are comfortable, warm, and ready for what's coming for them. The wax SI uses is really smooth and creamy and has never left me in pain. Michelle also does a really great job of finding leftover hiding hairs. Overall, I think Michelle offers a really unique spa experience, which is delivered right at your doorstep. She takes the time to get to know you and asks you what you're looking for from her visit in order to make her customers as happy as can be. I think for the moment Soulful Indulgence can only accept cheques, cash or credit cards. Michelle's in the process of getting a portable machine to speed things up and to cater to more people. I highly recommend you try Soulful Indulgence next time you're too sick, tired or just plain lazy to go to the spa yourself. You will not regret it. Relax!
