The risotto was another great dish. It had scallops, big shrimps and muscles in it. Cooked perfectly. My friend had the Sicilian Penne. He said: It was a delicious pasta dish with sausage and cannellini beans. The Gorgonzola cheese was an amazing addition that really took the dish to the next level. Our server Sydney was great. She let us know they were short staffed some wait ataff and she may have been backed up (there was probably 6 tables in there at the time idk.. where I waitress i have a 12 table station, and its fast paced..) but she still a great job. He shared how the dishes were prepared and told us about using only fresh ingredients. Each of us got something different for an appetizer. I had a fig salad, which was really interesting and delicious. My husband had a Caesar salad. And my friend had onion soup. All were great! For dinner, I ordered shrimp scampi. Amazingly delicious. My husband had a pork sirloin and the demi-glace was next level. Probably one of the best I've ever had. My friend had the Branzino. She raved about it. For dessert I had tiramisu. It was good. My husband and his friend had rice pudding. I would order that if I went again. All of the food including the desserts is made in house. All of the food is wild caught. You're not getting shrimp from a shrimp farm. The restaurant itself is beautiful. Tastefully renovated, and even has a private event room. Fully stocked beautiful Bar. And we enjoyed watching Bella, the resident robot, deliver food to the tables (see my video). Such a treat! Everything tasted so good, we ate every bit of it with no room for desert. I expected to spend two hundred on the meal and it was less than half that. So, great food and great value. We were there at 5 pm on a weekday. So it wasn't crowded. They have staff and seating to handle a crowd, so I assume it is busier later. I appreciated that Jasmine was knowledgeable of the various menu items and was willing able to help us our order. We ordered and shared from the guest chef's menu this time: Isaac Villaverde The fish dip and ceviche were wonderful. We did need more chips for the generous portions. The octopus risotto was very good also. The show stopper was the pineapple cake dessert, which was perfectly balanced with ginger ice cream. It made me want to visit Panama for its cuisine! The restaurant was heavily staffed and attentive and I look forward to returning for the next guest chef!

We got in w/o a reservation on an off-season Saturday night. Service was excellent. Drink menu was fun. Lots of yummy concoctions at fairly reasonable prices. But it's the wagyu beef that I can't stop thinking about today. We got the hot stone, where you basically finish cooking your proteins on the stone at your table. I was a little under-confident about this, but our helpful waiter Cody promised he'd be there to help. It wasn't needed. Unless you don't know how to cook or grill at all, I suppose. The Wagyu was out of this world. I had tuna as well, which was quite tasty potatoes au gratin were outstanding. And a polenta, which was good even better with the garlic butter on it. Cody recommended the right sauce for my proteins. I'm glad I asked this help on that. I was a little worried the menu was somewhat confusing overall as related to the stone, but in the end, my bill was very reasonable for the top-notch experience and delicious food.

The margarita was average. The spinach and artichoke dip tasted watered down and lacked much flavor. Almost like frozen spinach that hadn't been drained properly. We ordered the Italian sandwich, turkey club, and a smash burger with truffle fries. The Italian sandwich was the only thing that was completely finished, though the polenta side was okay. The smash burger was a disappointment, especially because our son normally devours burgers, and most of it was left behind. The truffle fries were also not worth the extra $3 for the small tin. The turkey club was underwhelming. Unfortunately, when everyone at the table leaves food behind, not because they're full, but because they simply didn't enjoy it, that says a lot. I was really eager to try Sip and Sizzle, so it's a shame that our first experience wasn't better. Based on lunch, it's probably not somewhere we'll be returning to.

I also want to give props to Chef Matt and Chef Javi for preparing such a fantastic meal. Heading back to southern end of Fort Myers Beach I realized Legnos was in Santini Plaza. Perfect timing for the 3 for 1 deal. 3 menus at one time. Lunch, diner and Happy Hour. Fantastic choices, classic Italian dishes, lunch sandwiches, Pizzas, and Salads. We took advantage of Happy Hour drinks, one Pasta dish and the chopped Italian Salad, both dishes were enough for 4 people and so delicious! Elegant illuminated bar, extremely clean, and very courteous server. Even the bathroom was worth visiting. (leaving a picture). Bonus... outside seating sharing inside bar and TV's. Paloma on the other hand has very poor customer service, I have seen people leave because of her bad attitude. She dresses inappropriately for the atmosphere. This is more of a fine dining than strip club atmosphere. Drink prices are really high, unless you drink something on happy hour, you have to take out a loan to frequent the place. It's a shame that the locals that support a business in the off season are driven away with over priced drinks and certain bad service.

My husband, however had the awesome Crab & Shrimp Egg Rolls (amazing!) and delicious Veal & Shrimp. Portions were full size, so we both took home some of the meal so we could eat dessert. I had donut the holes and he had the creme brulee, both were good. Service was excellent and we had a table at the window so had a water view, which was nice. I would definitely go back for the Egg Rolls and try more of their offerings.

But for the service. It really should be 1.5 stars but this system doesn't allow that. Let me explain. Let's start with the appetizers. Best thing on the menu was the beet salad and goat cheese. Probably the best part of the entire meal and its presentation was fantastic. Followed by the clam chowder. Lobster bisque was pretty bad as was the ceasar salad. Onto the main items. PRIME RIB. Many ordered this but not one person liked or finished theirs. In some cases overly fatty and in others the meat was super chewy and barely flavorful. Most of prime rib from all guests was taken home to feed to the dogs. Fish was a tri-tip, overly salty but also undercooked. Desserts - Have t say the donuts were the clear winner. Key Lime Pie had a gross drizzle of raspberry sauce (While do so many restaurants do this?). Creme de pot, so sweet that your teeth hurt from eating it. Look, if you are going to charge high prices and have a prix fix menu for a special occasion like mother's day or other, then THAT menu of items better be spot on and near perfect. In this case, "M" failed miserably. Certainly won't be back.
