Their beds are new, clean, and serviced constantly. I've been a client here for 6 months and I have never seen a bulb out in one of the beds. The girls are prompt and efficient at the front plus super friendly. I never feel like they are pushy on trying to sell me something either. I've visited both south Elgin and Elgin locations. They have quite a few beds, they have the spray tans too (in the actual spray stand up unit), they have a ton of products to chose from also. Check them out!

I was all in love with the VersaSpa here and just in the past week they got a VERSASPA PRO! Yea, huh. It's pro folks. I gave it a go today and man, is it amazing. It's a marvel in modern machinery. It takes a bit longer than the VersaSpa but it's well worth. It starts you off with the tan developing spray, then dries you off with amazing heated dryers, then does a bronzing spray if you want that, then heated dry again, and finally a moisturizing spray (that's new!!!) and another round of heated drying. I love the heat...love how dry it gets me - no towels are even needed - and love the moisturizer! I even would venture to say the Level 3 got me a smidge darker than usual. My, how spray tanning has evolved since I was a teenager! My pale face is so very thankful for LA Tan and it's many wonders!

The end result- despite my moment of panic- was gorgeous. Fair warning- you may look a little darker immediately afterwards, but there's an instant bronzer in the spray that's the culprit. Once you shower, the tan is totally natural and soft. I've recommended Melissa to everybody I know. She was affordable, fun, and produced great results.

I told the girl it was my first time there, she showed me the room and the different add ons. I was super impressed. I've never had a spray tan add ons offered to me at the place I frequent. So I got a violet color and moisturizer added. The room was clean and all the things you need for a spray tan were readily available in the room. I didn't realize what I've been missing out on the past couple years. I love a good spray tan and this place took my experience to the next level. I will be back for sure!

Say it ain't so!", but in order to maintain this color all year round I must visit the tanning salon for a melanin enhancing session in the nude from time to time. I've been to other LA Tan salons as well as other various tanning salons and I like the staff here more than at some of the other places. Customer service is most important to me and I've seen the staff here practice great customer service by welcoming the melanin challenged and answering their questions. I like this LA Tan salon. Too bad for them that the nice weather is here. I won't be gracing them with my presence as much. But don't feel too bad for them, I'll return for regular visits in the fall and winter.
