I was doing my usual shopping and I saw her with a customer. Even though she was busy, she took a few seconds to tell me I can go on the app and book an appointment. She was extremely friendly so I took a chance. I am so glad I did! I love Giselle! She is awesome with her customer service, experience and knowledge for someone like me who has problems with my eyes. She makes me feel beautiful. I've had a problem for over 30 years with my left eye, not tearing. As I've gotten older it's gotten worse. It's very hard for me to make my eyebrows look even. I've gone to a few other people, but I've haven't stuck with anyone. Giselle doesn't try to rush me out of the seat, she takes her time and works to make my brows look great. She is also super sweet and friendly. We have a great time talking while I'm there. There are a lot of other services she offers so check her out

She helped me find the perfect shade to match my skin tone and gave recommendations for her favorite products. She was great and super helpful! The only drawback was that several of the products I was interested in were out of stock. Not a huge deal as I found other products I liked, but it was somewhat frustrating picking a product based on the tester, then realizing the product is sold out. I will totally go to this location again though. The staff was all super helpful!

This place is trying to be a spa but only gives medical office vibes. I'm not one to complain about…read morefree service but this was the weirdest facial I've ever had and honestly not even worth your time. First of all, the person that was doing my facial that I scheduled with texted me morning of to confirm (after I already did the day before thru their text system) and when I got there they told me I was with someone else and when I asked about it I was told well, Charissa is the manager and was doing b2b marketing. That in and of itself tells me they're just a business and don't care about actual skincare or clients, just getting more money. In the room, I've never gotten a facial before where I didn't get into a robe and the girl stayed in there while I got on the bed. Again, never in my life have had that. She didn't once explain the product she was using or why (just the tool that she was using) or examine my skin prior to working on it. Huh? Shouldn't you want to use product and ingredients based on my skin and not just what I think I may need? In the middle of the facial she used what seemed like a paper towel to wet my skin and it dripped in my ear the whole time which was annoying and not super professional. The skincare products were incredibly drying to my skin and smelled DISGUSTING. I was just excited for it to be over and it was clear this was just about their tools. Then on the way out they tried to tell me I owed them $50 and we went back and forth while they tried to tell me the date I was in there and with whom. After I finally said I've never in my life been here but will pay you your $50 they decided to verify my phone number and name and said "oh sorry I clicked the wrong name". Listen we all make mistakes but this place is unprofessional and clearly here for profit not because they care about skin health. Their cheaper prices represent the quality.

I had a great experience getting my free facial here from Lynn!…read moreI found out about this through social media and was pleasantly surprised to find that it was a completely free experience. I learned a lot, and had a lot done, taking closer to an hour than the 25 minutes planned, which was totally fine with me (she asked to make sure)! My skin is very sensitive, and I had some small scratches afterward that healed in 2-3 days. My skin is still very smooth 2 weeks out, so I can tell the exfoliating and other procedures really made a difference. Definitely recommend trying it out!

Scheduling is super simple, and the whole process is quick, professional, and incredibly clean. You'd never even know they were there once they're done. If you're someone who values convenience and quality, Sun Well is a must.

The formula she uses is fantastic but beyond that, she is so particular about making sure you're tanned evenly, have the color you want, and have all the after care information you could need. She also uses brushes and drying powders throughout the process on you and at the end to make sure nothing sets funny or dries strangely. Will definitely be scheduling her for my tans in the Omaha area from here on out!!

After feeling I was getting inconsistent coverage from spray tanning machines, I decided to book…read morewith a place where the tanning will be done by a person. It is a bit awkward, but the coverage is amazing. I had a very even tan that lasted about a week (except for my face which is understandable). Because I was new to having a person do this I needed them to slow down a bit in giving instructions but I've since booked 2 more appointments with shine because I am happy with the outcome. It does not appear this location has weekend hours but their legacy one does so I am sure I will bounce around a bit.

I came here for the 7 tans for $7 deal which has been going on about a month. Overall it was well…read moreworth the price, which came to a little over $13 including the $5 scan card you must purchase to tan here. Pros of this spot are the 24/7 access if you purchase a fob--this would be amazing as no other company allows 24/7 access! It is also on a points system, so you can pay different amounts based on how much you want to tan and what beds you use. I also like that there are cleaning stations in every room for when you come after yours--during staffed hours they clean the beds and give you a cool towel which smelled great. The biggest con to me is the countless sales they pitch every time you come in. I counted 3-4 different upgrades/products pitched to me each of my first 3 visits, but was lucky enough to come in between customers on a busy day on my last visit so this was not an issue. They are not overly pushy, but definitely take a lot more of everyone's time upselling than is comfortable. The other big con for this bed is that if you lay as you are supposed to with your face under the face lamp, your shoulders are not getting light! The picture here shows what I'm talking about--it just doesn't make sense why a bed would be made this way. I believe it must be pretty dated for that reason, but I did develop color in 3-4 sessions. All in all this was well worth the $13. If they had a great deal on a membership I would consider buying one, but would make it a point to go only after staffed hours to avoid all the many sales pitches.

I've been to the original location a handful of times, so I already had a feel for the process -- but my esthetician Charlotte still walked me through each step without it feeling like a routine disclaimer. The staff at the front were genuinely welcoming, and they send you home with an aftercare bag -- a nice touch that extends the experience past the appointment.
