It seemed like they were taking the proper precautions due to COVID and I appreciated the extra effort. The sign on their door instructed you to text them when you arrive and they will come out and greet you. Well, the lady ended up being late and then when I went in she then stated she could only take cash which I then had to go to the bank and get cash to pay her. She was nice enough to still thread my eyebrows but I feel like that is something that should be told to customers right away. When my appointment was complete another customer came in, unmasked, and wasn't in her car waiting to be called in. I don't really understand why there are specific instructions to protect employees and other customers if there are the few customers that just don't seem to car that a global pandemic is still prevalent. First visit and won't be my last. Staiy's squad are savants in hair. They took what I had in my brain and put it on my head, AND made it look far better than I could have EVER thought possible.
