She didn't once explain the product she was using or why (just the tool that she was using) or examine my skin prior to working on it. Huh? Shouldn't you want to use product and ingredients based on my skin and not just what I think I may need? In the middle of the facial she used what seemed like a paper towel to wet my skin and it dripped in my ear the whole time which was annoying and not super professional. The skincare products were incredibly drying to my skin and smelled DISGUSTING. I was just excited for it to be over and it was clear this was just about their tools. Then on the way out they tried to tell me I owed them $50 and we went back and forth while they tried to tell me the date I was in there and with whom. After I finally said I've never in my life been here but will pay you your $50 they decided to verify my phone number and name and said "oh sorry I clicked the wrong name". Listen we all make mistakes but this place is unprofessional and clearly here for profit not because they care about skin health. Their cheaper prices represent the quality.

What happened here, and how management handled it, is completely unacceptable for any reputable medical spa. My mother, a loyal returning client, received her Botox treatment here, including a retouch two weeks later where she paid out-of-pocket for additional units around her eyes and forehead. A mere four weeks after her retouch, the treatment had completely worn off, and full movement and deep lines returned. A 30-day lifespan on freshly injected neurotoxin is a complete clinical failure, whether due to severe under-dosing, bad placement, or improper product storage and dilution. When my mother went in to address this, the technician, Kelly, was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and condescending. While I was on the phone helping my mother communicate, Kelly was making disrespectful facial expressions directly at my mother, completely ignoring the issue, and repeatedly rolling out weak excuses like blaming my mother's "age" (she is only in her 40s) and showing irrelevant baseline photos to avoid answering why a treatment faded in under a month. She refused to offer any resolution, touch-up, or credit. To make matters worse, when we escalated this to the manager, the response was even more appalling. Instead of taking accountability, apologizing for her technician's disrespectful behavior, or trying to retain a regular customer, the manager essentially brushed us off and said if we weren't happy, we shouldn't come back. This clinic clearly does not stand behind their work, uses ineffective or heavily diluted product, and treats loyal clients with absolute disrespect the moment a problem arises. Save your money and go to a professional clinic that actually values patient safety, proper injection technique, and basic customer service.

The atmosphere is clean and the nurses are friendly and helpful. It was easy to make an appointment and prices are published on their site (I found they were cheaper than others). The treatment itself feels like a rubber band snapping in the spot but it's only for a short time and I feel like this outweighed having to shave everyday. There are also some precautions you'll need to take 2-4 weeks ahead of time and a couple days after, like aspirin consumption and sun exposure. These are explained to you at time of consultation.
