I have been getting Botox and Fillers for over 20 years and have never had to apply for credit to get an appointment. I will never ever go to this company! I've been coming here for almost a year. It used to be really great. But within the last 5 months it's gone down hill fast and in a hurry. They can't seem to keep technicians employed here. I had been seeing the same tech for almost a year. She left for a better offer which I don't blame her. So I got switch to another one, saw are once then she left. This has happened a total of 3 times now. This last time they called me and canceled my appointment. So I had to call back and get it rescheduled. I show up today and apparently the time was changed and I wasn't notified and I missed said appt. I've got kids and live 35 minutes away. There's no way I would have made an appointment for 9am knowing I wouldn't have gotten here in time. This place is being run into the ground and I see why techs are leaving and they can't get customers. I for one will finish up my contract and get the other services I've been looking into elsewhere. Stay away if you are interested in coolsculpting! I had an online consultation and ended up booking the services at this location. I was hesitant to spend so much money to get rid of my 'mom pooch' but every person I encountered told me I was the perfect candidate for this procedure and that I was going to love my results. Two treatments later (based on what they recommended) and it didn't do anything. I wasted $3,000 of my money and nothing has changed. I had after pictures taken and told them I was unhappy with the results. I was told a manager wasn't available and wouldn't do anything anyway because results aren't guaranteed. I paid $1500 for hair removal around my eye brows. At the conciliation she said we can shape under and above. At the appointment they said they couldn't do under. Just above and the middle. After a few times I notice my wye brow thinking horribly. I said something the next time she said they shouldn't have done above then said we have to focus on the middle of the brows. Later I started noticing the brows are horribly uneven. Said something and was told they would have to focus right above my nose only. $1500 to treat a spot that has one hair. When I called and complained about the large amount paid for one single hair to be remove she said they could do anything about it bc they had already done the 6th treatment and I was considered done. BUYER BEWARE BAIT AND SWITCH This is the most unethical company I've met with. The sales person sold me a procedurial and said it would resolve me issue with loose skin on my stomach. I went to the appointment and was then told the treatment would make things worse and recommended not to have the cool sculpting proceedure and said I will not be charged. I then recieved a bill for the full amount. When I called back in they said I entered into a non refundable contract. They said I have the option to have another procedure. I explained that if I cant trust your team to give me the correct information then how can I trust them to not make a mistake that could cause me harm. DONT GO HERE!!! Went here for an initial consultation to learn more/ see if I was an eligible candidate for Botox/ lip filler. Worst experience... first rather than meeting in a private space they pulled a chair up to the front desk so the whole lobby could listen. Additionally my consultation was with the front desk girl rather than the nurse practitioner. Her advice to me was to schedule yet another consultation with the nurse and to look it up on TikTok. This company will weasel money out of you left and right and lie through their teeth like you aren't being overcharged or just generally screwed over. Do not give this business a penny. They will automatically charge your account for things you never wanted. And you can't just call and ask for a quote on anything, nooooo they're super weird and almost secretive and shady about it. Like to book a Brazilian laser hair removal appointment they had to call me back with a quote and ready to purchase the entire service up front. Paying at each or per session is not an option. (Mandatory 18 month contract plus 3x what others charge) I literally saw zero value with this. Your "free" service expires fast and isn't even free, when I tried to buy botox units with the 250 that I had to fork over (but don't worry! It goes toward services! Not....) and that was now no longer valid because they had just taken another 250 for ANOTHER year out of my account and do I want to use THAT 250...? All the negative reviews are very accurate! When you have your first online consultation the sales lady will sell you. She's good! But then the follow through at the actual onsite spa is terrible. You're supposed to get laser hair removal treatments every 6 weeks. My original tech/rn recommended 7 weeks for all the places I was doing. Then either she got fired or found a new job and I got a call saying I had to reschedule. The next available was 2 months later. Now they're telling me every 8-10 weeks is recommended. But can't even get you in for 16+ weeks. Yet they're still sending emails offering new clients free treatments. How about you take care of the ones you have? The staff were very rude and when you ask to talk to management there isn't any. Would not recommend anybody to get any services from here. I don't know of any other business that will cancel your apt without telling you. Showed up for my laser hair apt (after confirming multiple times via mobile text) to have my apt canceled. They were still able to get me in but I had to wait for someone else to go ahead of me. The worst part was this person showed up after I did. I was glad they were able to still get me in but not how I would have handled things. I feel like I have been mislead from the begining. They don't tell you the additional fees with memberships. I gave them a second chance and started the Hair Removal. Again was misled on the guarantee and the cost. Which was to late to change. Been Going for awhile and not once mentioned a charge for missing an appointment and I get it I missed it. It happens but been a member for over a year and not a issue and kim says "oh we just started yesterday charging" Dont you think that should be communicated. If this was the first time adding extra fees I get it... After this wont be going back. You try to call you get some national number and no management is in this state. This place is great, competitively priced, and I saw results after my first treatment! They offer financing at 0% making my treatments incredibly affordable and will save money in the long run on waxes, etc. They also offer a lifetime warranty, so in the event that your hair grows back due to hormone changes, etc. they will help you take care of it! Jasmine is great and will help you select a package that is best for you, find you the best price (they always have different specials going on), and help with financing. I got my first treatment the same day! Charlene is an awesome technician, and I believe they only use licensed nurses to perform the services. She is kind and patient and makes you feel very comfortable! I am sad about some of the other reviews that are so negative and outdated- writing a review about a free service that was clearly a marketing tactic and pricing from years ago should not affect the business' current rating. Run. Do not give this company your money because you will never see it back if you require a refund as I did. I was unable to receive the procedure I pre-paid due to medical reasons. I called the Omaha office and they referred me to the Florida corporate headquarters, which is where all their billing and business is handled. No local office. I was told I could only get my refund if my doctor explained my medical condition and why I could not get the procedure. I told him this is a violation of my privacy and would not do that. Then they hung up on me. I am out a considerable amount of money and I hope this post helps save another person their resources. I was excited to start my sessions until the billing arrived. They opened another account without even telling me. How can this happen and how can a cc company open an account without the patients approval. I have done several months of research after speaking with the office manager that seems to be trained to talk in circles or truly does not understand billing. When I called ally lending, they actually told me they have had several complaints about accounts being opened without the clients knowledge. Imagine that!!! I finally reached out to their corporate office. They were even confused when seeing how they opened and closed several accounts--AGAIN, that I never signed for. I was informed that this would be forwarded to someone else. She said "this was above her" Well, it's been over two weeks and guess what? Still no response. Not surprised! I went in tonight for a free service that was marketed for the first 10 individuals to reserve a spot. Free botox, up to 17 units. It wasn't clearly disclosed the botox was only for a certain part of the forehead. I was bummed because my entire forehead takes 17 units. But, they wouldn't use what was allocated for me anywhere besides the one spot. This felt a bit odd to "hide" at time of marketing the event, but I went ahead with it anyway. I've been looking for an Omaha answer to what I've been getting in Lincoln, and this seemed a decent opportunity. I showed up and there were 5 of us waiting. A friend who came with was in/out quickly. I spent almost 2 hours there, and had to end up leaving. I won't say the people weren't friendly, but to keep me waiting that long was absurd. I requested a refund and won't go back. I could've cried, I was so upset with the time waste. This isn't the only reason why I won't go back. They insisted I needed more botox for my full forehead than my PA told me I should ever get. Twice, I was told I needed 24 units instead of the 17 I had received before and done great with. I think it was probably meant to be that I didn't get the botox. Maybe something else would've gone wrong. I'm super upset my evening was wasted though. And I haven't heard from a manager apologizing or trying to offer me something to make it up to me. My most precious commodity these days is my time. And they took over 90 minutes of it. Reading the other reviews here, it doesn't seem anyone is happy. Word gets around, there's stiff competition, and people simply won't pay for things they aren't happy with. Being a project manager I'd have a list of things you could do to improve, but I'm not going to give you anymore of my precious time. Already my friends who partake in medi spa services are circling around to hear the story. They are upset on my behalf, too. I should've done my research. I signed up for a lifetime contract with Ideal. Not only did I overpay, but each future "lifetime" appointment is at least $45. I checked out Milan hair removal which uses this very same laser equipment. It was MUCH cheaper, and the lifetime follow up appointments are free. Do your research! I highly recommend Milan laser removal. The ladies are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. So far, excellent results after only two appointments. read more

Absolutely horrible experience here. I started my service in December of 2013 and just finished in January of 2016. It is now April and all the hair is coming back. I paid over $4K for the bikini service and while the hair was gone during the treatment, it has already started coming back. This place should be shut down for the prices they charge. Please do your research people! I started going to Village Point Med Spa and their same package is $1000 AND they have half off all laser treatments three times a year. I will admit their service is pretty pricey. Other than that though, it definitely works. I have had a definite reduction in hair and am only halfway through. They are very flexible with scheduling and can work around anything you have going on. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had my first appointment today to have Ultherapy done. I spoke with a women from the corporate, she was in sales and I talked to her for at least 30 minutes about the procedure and how it all worked! Not one time did she tell me it would be painful, not even in the whole 30 minutes she had to tell me that. I had my appointment today and the nurse sat me down and told me this was going to be very painful and intense and very unpleasant. I told her I did not want to do it because that is not what I was told or the lady I spoke to in length had left that out completely. I spent $2100 for the service that I'm not receiving and they are not no longer wanting to give me my money back for the service that I did not receive! This is beyond bad business and it really makes you wonder how this business is even still running at this point! The nurse told me that they told corporate many times that they have had this problem with patients not being told about the pain coming in saying that they didn't want to do it anymore because they did not know it was painful but corporate obviously doesn't care about the patients! They are all about their money! This is a shame and I am so disappointed! I would hope from this day going forward they really think about what they're doing because some of those nurses that work there, are also nurses in the Omaha area! They had called me from the place after the review I left, trying to tell me they wanted to make it better and in fact they were trying to put me together once again! I absolutely do NOT recommend going to ideal image at this location. They wanted to charge me 6,000-8,000 dollars for several bikini (not even a full bikini) and several underarm laser sessions. 6,000 is the price of your average breast augmentation. Why would anybody pay a plastic surgery price for laser hair removal? It's a greedy and selfish company. They probably thought I was stupid because I look younger than my age and assumed I haven't done my research. Keep researching for other places. 600-800 dollars for several sessions is what your average laser clinic charges. I found a decent medical spa/laser clinic that charges me 1,200 total for both areas and they use a real diode laser. The reason this company (ideal image) charges so much and get away with it is because some people aren't aware that anything way above 1,000 for a package is not a normal price range. Some people actually have laser hair removal for unfortunate medical conditions, like constant ingrown hairs, and this nasty company takes advantage of the extremely desperate. My Fat Freezing procedure did NOT work, not even a little bit and since the staff could also see that the procedure didn't work I was awarded a full refund. Now 3 months after being told the refund was being processed and I should see the money back in my account soon I haven't seen a dime yet. When I called to ask what the delay was I was given a major runaround and now suddenly I have to go in and sign some paperwork which probably means more 'runaround' once I get there. From the get go I was not informed properly, as an example no one told me that it may take several procedures (thousands of dollars more) to see any sort of results. Had I known that from the start I would have absolutely given a second thought to spending so much money on a treatment that might not work. I would say most people would feel the same way unless they had a money tree in their backyard. If they continue to run their business in such a dishonest manner they will not be around for long - I recommend you ask several questions prior to paying anything and it wouldn't hurt to either record your consultation or put down in writing what you were told in your consultation and have them sign off on it. I know that seems extreme but it's either that or possibly losing out on thousands of dollars and not seeing any sort of results. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This place is a scam and full of liars who will tell you whatever you want to hear. I had started treatments here about two years ago and I am much worse off now than I was two years ago. First off, at my consultation, I was told "You are a perfect candidate" and "hair grows in three phases so after three treatments you will have no more hair and the rest of the treatments are just for spot treating so I was pressured at the consolation to sign the paperwork so they could hurry up and start working on me right away. (mistake number one) Well after about four treatments, I spoke to someone about my concerns because I still had almost all of my hair growing back. (and when they tell you hair doesn't grow back darker and courser, they are lying to you some more because in fact it does) While talking to this employee about the situation, I was assured they would take care of me. They said if they needed to get me extra treatments at no charge they would to guarantee I would not be unsatisfied with the product. This was promised to me several times so at this point I went on with the treatments hoping they would stick to their word (get it in writing). Close to the end of my paid treatments (I was paying for my whole entire arm, front and back up to my shoulders) I was pointing out to the technicians that the past couple times, the technician had completely skipped the back of my arm. I voiced my concern again because they charge you based on the area you are doing. So I am now paying for the service they are not providing me. When I pointed this out, once again I was promised extra free treatments to make up for the missed sections. I had accepted that offer at this time (I should have gotten it in writing!!!!.) During my last paid treatment, once again I voiced how I don't think the treatments had been working the whole time. She once again said she would file an unsatisfactory report for me and get me extra treatments till the problem was fixed. She schedules me for my next appointment and I come back as scheduled. This time however, I am asked for like $150 before they will treat me. When I inquire about this charge, I find out no one had ever filed anything about free treatments. At this point when I point out how I am not happy with this product and was promised it would be taken care of, they pull me in back and look at my arms and are like "oh yea, it appears you still have a lot of hair. Let me take some pictures and file an unsatisfactory report which will take two weeks and we will call you back then and if that doesn't work we can talk about getting your money back." It has been over a month and I have heard nothing back from them. My hair on my arms is WAY worse off now than it ever was before I started. They had charged me almost $5,000 for this service. I feel like this place is a scam and they will continue to tell you whatever you want to hear until they have taken all your money. This place is successful because of misrepresentation. They will promise you things the whole entire time but will not act on any of it.
