You have to try everything once, right? Plus, Sigrid, a older lady took great care of me with a amazing 1st wax. She talked to me through out the process and gave professional guidelines to follow. It did hurt being it was my 1st but I was happy and sore lol with the results. I was giving a promo deal and one specific area to be waxed for free, which was a plus for me. A little self-care never hurt anybody. I'll definitely be back and I recommend to ask for Sigrid. OHHH !! NOOOOOO RECORDING

A car is parked in the only curbside spot. The front did not answer the phone so I asked the salon if they can let them know someone is waiting. Girl proceeds to walk past my car which is parked right in front of the store which I noted in the curbside comments when I checked in. Rolled down my window to let her know. She comes to my side, looks across at the curbside park clearly taken and says next time park in the curbside spot. Seriously, this generation is lost. What's the purpose of checking in if no one is going to see the messages.

Recently, I had an emergency and had to cancel last minute, resulting in a $30 fee, which I paid. However, Hailey has canceled on me last minute three times, costing me a full workday and pushing me into higher price points for her services due to her limited availability. When I questioned the fairness of the fee, considering her cancellations, she sent me an unprofessional text saying she would no longer service me. It's clear she doesn't value her clients and is only interested in their money. While Hailey may be talented, her handling of bookings, cancellations and client relations is disappointing. Find you a Lash tech that values you and your money as much as you value their services.

After what should have been a routine medical procedure, I scheduled a massage thinking I'd recover quickly. When I unexpectedly started feeling unwell, I responsibly called to inquire about other available times. I ended up rescheduling once to allow myself time to rest. During this call, the male (Justin?) front desk member was inappropriately judgmental, saying, "Why would you schedule a massage knowing you had a procedure?" He then proceeded to ask what specific medical procedure I had undergone - an invasive and unnecessary question. He also falsely claimed I had rescheduled "twice," when I had only rescheduled once. Minutes after this uncomfortable conversation, my condition deteriorated rapidly, and I ended up in the Emergency Room. This was a genuine medical emergency with complications that no one could have anticipated. I understand and accepted the cancellation fee. What was unacceptable was the judgmental questioning and mischaracterization of my actions, especially given that I ended up in the ER immediately afterward. After I recovered - when trying to book online, I found my account restricted. When I called to ask why, I was told by the manager - Libby, that the owner Larae had blocked my online access "to clean up their books, for clients like me" forcing me to "call for all appointments to ensure I'd make it in". A wellness business should understand that health situations can change unexpectedly and treat clients with dignity. Questioning someone's medical decisions followed by restricting their account after they experienced an emergency requiring ER care shows a concerning lack of professionalism and compassion. I explained the situation to my home location, they understood, apologized on behalf of the Webster location and cancelled my membership.
