In my search of finding someone I came across Ally at EWC Bay Area and she is the best I've ever had. I just wanted to make sure I shouted her out on here. I figure I'd be softly cursing after every pull, instead we were chatting it up about traveling and different adventures we've had. I don't know how she does it lol. Something like magic! If you're looking to get waxed, I'd call and inquire about any remaining spots. Other than that the location is clean and the front desk has great customer service.

We both were waiting and trying to contact through text only. I finally received a response through text that the aesthetician was running behind and will be here shortly. At 12:09, the door opened, and another customer was leaving. The time we were waiting, we thought no one was here. Due to the lateness, the aesthetician should have kindly apologized and let us know that she was still with a customer and would be doing our service soon. This time, it was not a good experience. I felt uncomfortable, and she was not friendly enough to get me in relax mode. In the future, I will stick with making my appointment with Danielle. The good thing is they did give a $10 credit. I was going to cancel the membership but I'll hang in.
