If you were one of the first to buy a package you were locked into that price from there on so I did. There were only so many available. I had them done and was pleased with the results. When I tried to book again several months later, the girl said she didn't know about it and would get back with me. I never heard back so then we were at a year so I called again. I was told they would need to find my file but they had moved so they would look. I called 2-3 times again over that next year but was put off and no one would book me. I never received a call from Dena either to verify the info. I wish I had saved the email from then. Unfortunately I think it was to draw business but since it grew she conveniently forgot about all the promises made.

On 09/21/18 Dena Tocco offered to remove some slight imperfections during a hydraderm, minor…read moreimperfections that only I noticed and left my face with hyperpigmentation that cannot be covered by make up. She offered some samples of the products they sell to apply which did nothing but irritate it more. Now I have to visit a dermatologist and plastic surgeons office to try and fix what she did. I asked her for a simple apology and a full refund which were ignored. Pictures will be posted soon. I plan on filing a formal complaint with the licensing board and BBB. I hope she doesn't scar any more faces

It's also so convenient for me to be able to get my spray tan done in my own home. Alicia also did my makeup for my engagement photos, bridal shower, bridal portraits and wedding. She also did all of my bridal party's makeup. She did a wonderful job. She uses airbrush makeup that's perfect for special events because it lasts all day. I came in as a walk in and I got the "Get fresh " pedicure . haven't felt my feet this smooth in a long time . I felt like she was never going to be done scrubbing my feet , buffing my feet ect . My only complaint is their massage chairs , they pretty much are just vibration chairs . I found the vibration noice super annoying and not effective in doing anything but the service made up for that small inadequacy. Came back again and brought my husband along and service was exceptional again ! I plan to make this my regular nail salon .

See is always professional, on time and makes a lot of jokes and keeps you entertained. Her spray tans are some of the longest lasting I've received and I never feel "dirty" or "stinky" afterwards. As for her hair and makeup services, Andrea has styled me on many photoshoots and she always gets the look I go to her with - she offers advice and suggestion based on my skin type or if it's extra windy outside and I want my hair down - she's been doing this a while and her input is always helpful!
