From the second I walked in, someone greeted me, helped me sign up for an account, and went through the process of a spray tan since thier are 4 different positions compared to 2 in a normal booth. This place is amazing and for only 19 dollars a month, I got the membership for a spray/one service a month. The spray itself is even and looks great! I can't wait to go back next month!

(which I'm not sure when spray tans take 20+ mins per person all of a sudden anyways). Very disappointing that it seems costumer service is not a thing for some people now a days. Not to mention every time I see this young lady working she's constantly on her cell phone. ALSO about a month and a half ago with the same girl at the front desk, I went tanning in the first booth on the left (high pressure bed) I had the door opened up on me and it was wide open the entire time I was tanning....they tried to tell me that I didn't lock the door or close the door all the way and that's why both doors were wide open for everyone to look in at me while tanning. Well now every time I go tanning here I take a video of me locking the door and making sure it's completely closed so they couldn't tell me otherwise next this happens. I missed the head massage and hot towel treatment I used to get at the Aveda Salon I frequented in Florida. My first salon experiences in this area incorporated lukewarm hair washing water and no head massage. I couldn't do it anymore. Soiree knocks the hair washing service out of the park. They have their own crew completely responsible for washing hair, massaging scalps and providing hot towel treatments. My daughter likes it so much that one time I was having my hair taken care of, she just asked if she could have hers washed. They fit her in right in. You best believe there is no lukewarm water here. My haircuts themselves are also top notch. Dani is really good at her job. Not only with the actual cutting and attention to detail with my hair but also with the conversation. I am always sad when the haircut is over. It all goes too quickly. Scheduling and rescheduling appointments is super easy. They send text reminders so that I am never surprised when it pops up on my calendar. I look forward to my visits to Soiree.
