I ended up having to reach out to ClassPass support myself, who thankfully resolved the issue quickly and refunded my credits -- but it was no thanks to Invein. The front desk experience was unprofessional and unwelcoming. Kelly, in particular, was dismissive and difficult to communicate with. Overall, a frustrating experience that I would not recommend.

I'd let him know during the session I liked a lot of pressure, which he mostly provided for the rest of the massage. After the massage, I felt like new person and my joints no longer ached. He also inquired on what muscle groups I would like to focus on, me personally I wanted all the muscle groups focused on, due to my strenuous total body workouts.
