It took me awhile to write this review because I needed more context. I had never had a prenatal…read moremassage before so I waited to experience them at other places to make a final judgement. I booked one here around 13 weeks pregnant. Unfortunately, the massage was subpar. 1. The massage bed was not prepped for a pre-natal massage so the masseuse had to step out to get the correct pillows. (Since I had booked online, the receptionist should have alerted her to the appointment type ahead of time.) 2. I laid on my side in an awkward position because they did not provide a full body pillow, which would have allowed for body alignment 3. The masseuse only massaged my shoulders and nearly none of my back. I kept thinking she was going to eventually move down and she never did. The shoulder massage lacked pressure so I hardly felt anything. After this experience, I booked prenatal massages elsewhere for the remainder of my pregnancy and they were great (appropriate prep, pillows, pressure and full body work). Having a comparison helped me realize the masseuse at this location didn't have much experience in pre-natal massages. 2 stars for easy online booking, cleanliness and the kindness of the receptionist. Zero stars for the actual massage.

I was unsure where to go so sat around for a while after I arrived - then finally asked a hair stylist to contact Zina's. Someone came to get me shortly thereafter. We went up to the 2nd floor where the massage rooms are. I needed to use the restroom and was amazed by how large the space was. My masseuse directed me to the massage room we would be in. He told me to take a seat and asked why I was there or what I needed, something to that effect. I told him I'd recently moved and all my joints ached. He left me to get undressed and on the table, then returned shortly for the massage. I'd say overall it was an excellent massage. I'd let him know during the session I liked a lot of pressure, which he mostly provided for the rest of the massage. After the massage, I felt like new person and my joints no longer ached. Overall, excellent visit. I've never had a male masseuse before and I do feel I was a little uncomfortable about that, BUT, I cannot deny how good my body felt afterward. I'm working on getting over myself, lol.

Overall great experience. Particularly the massage from Travis and the pedicure. The massage used…read morevarious techniques and even stretched me and was phenomenal. The mani/pedi was perfect and water temp was just right. The facial had all elements to be great but I prefer the esthetician to tell me each step and give me choices before just applying product to my face. But she was super sweet. Only other feedback is that estheticians shouldn't smoke right before a service because you're in such close proximity. Zina herself is amazing. She truly knows customer service and is so in touch with her staff and the entire experience. She is the life and personality of this spa. Overall total recommend!

It was easy to book online with Jenny and also find parking in the neighborhood when I arrived. The check in process was a bit confusing but once I found my text confirmation with the front door code it all made sense. This is a coop and each therapist handles their own clients/appointments. Jenny was ready on time and gave me an incredibly relaxing massage with lavender oils and hot stones. I actually dozed off so that tells you it was wonderful. What a great experience here. The rates are reasonable and the house is incredibly cozy!

He had never had a massage before so I was super excited to see how he might like the experience. We tried contacting several spas and massage providers who either didn't have the availability or didn't respond back. Finally, I texted Metta on the number listed on their website and they responded within a few hours. We were able to schedule sessions for the time and day we wanted via text which was very convenient. My masseuse called out sick the day of so I was paired with Forest. My boyfriend was paired with Tav. Both providers were friendly and accomodating. My boyfriend LOVED his massage with Tav. He said he dozed off a few times and could see himself coming back every month - such a great sign for someone new to massage. I enjoyed my session with Forest as well and left feeling relaxed. A few things to note: they don't provide couples massages but instead do tandem massages. Meaning, you're in different rooms. This wasn't a dealbreaker for us but could be for others depending on your preference. They also still require masks here. We brought our own surgical masks but were asked to use their K95 masks they provided. This was a little uncomfortable during the service, especially while facing down, but I can understand the need if they have a lot of immunocompromised clients or staff members.

She takes the time to answer questions, explain treatments, and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. I recently had a Hydrafacial with Natalie, and the results were fantastic. My skin felt incredibly clean, refreshed, and rejuvenated immediately afterward. I noticed a visible difference right away, and I even received compliments on how beautiful and radiant my skin looked. One of the best feelings was being able to go without makeup and still feel confident in my skin. If you're looking for someone who truly knows skincare and delivers amazing results, I highly recommend Natalie. She is simply the best!

I've usually booked with various therapists until I find one that I like. I've found several that I stuck with until they left company or changed hours. My rating isn't based on my experience with my massage therapists. It's really with the company's subscription policy. Just be aware to use your subscription payments before cancelling the subscription or you'll be charged extra fee to book, although you've been charged up front for the subscription. I get how subscriptions work, it's profitable for the company but not so much for consumer in this situation. I had 4 credits that I hadn't used and for financial reasons I needed to cancel. Well, I was told I couldn't cancel and use my credits without incurring an extra fee for a massage and I COULDN'T receive a refund. Did I say I've been a long-time customer? I did, didn't I. Even one of the front desk staff agreed this wasn't consumer friendly. I had to book 4 sessions within 3 weeks to get beneift of money I paid up front before I cancelled and would've been charged another monthly susbscription fee. Front desk attempted to give me an optin of using my loyalty points to cover the additional fees, but at that point I was done. I asked front desk staff if she could request that owner reach out and was told that probably wouldn't happen. So, I'm using Yelp to communicate to owner...in the words of Lauryn Hill...you just lost one. Onto another company!

I would certainly recommend Glenda's and now HeeSun who I am going to begin visiting regularly! I had previously rated my experience a 4 star. It's in a cute, little white house on a side street in Bel Air, away from all the big stores and traffic. The spa is on the second level and as you are going up the stairs you can hear slow, relaxing music playing. I love that the setting for this spa is in a house because it makes it feel much more homey and relaxing. The "trendy" spas seem too busy with people rushing around and I can't fully relax. The atmosphere here is very calm and soothing and definitely made my massage more enjoyable. Roseanne was my masseuse and she was very friendly. While I was filling out the initial visit form, she introduced herself and offered me a cup of water. She took me to the room and we talked about what areas I would like her to focus on and then she stepped out so I could get undressed. The next hour was completely wonderful and relaxing. Roseanne concentrated on my upper back and lightly touched upon other areas, just as I requested. After the hour was over, Roseanne left the room and I got dressed and met her back in the main waiting room where she gave me another cup of water. We chit chatted for a few minutes and then I left and felt so rejuvenated. I would definitely return for another massage :)
