I have been a tmember with Ideal Image for 2 years now and I absolutely love them!!! I began with LASER HAIR REMOVAL treatments 2 years ago. I've had my underarms, full bikini, and am now working on having my legs done. I cannot speak highly enough about them. Ideal Image takes your safety very seriously, all treatments are FDA cleared and delivered by registered nurses. They do a thorough history with you to make sure you will not be putting yourself at any risk. I was so impressed that they wanted to know all skin conditions I've had in the past, they wanted dermatologist approval (as my skin can be tricky), and they did not in any way try to oversell me on anything, if anything they help me save money by helping me identify areas they can treat, while telling my what areas would not be worth my while to treat. The staff and nurses are all incredibly friendly and are willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable while you are in their presence. When you enter the door for an appointment you get checked in and are immediately offered a refreshment. They have fully stocked bathrooms that are clean. They have a pleasant waiting area with music and magazines. Let's be honest... Yes it is uncomfortable. They talk with you about what the pain is like before you sign up. I would say that of the areas I've had treated, my legs have come the closest to hurting which I believe is due to the fact that it is a larger area and takes longer to treat. The best I can describe the discomfort is like getting a small cut or getting stung by a rubber band. The nurses are amazing though and they work fast to get you in and out with a ton of flexibility. I'm a really busy person and they make this a workable process. The process is also affordable, they are constantly running different deals to help you get the treatments you want at affordable prices. It's not cheap, but you wouldn't want this to be cheap! You want good service. Plus, once you start with Ideal Image you become a member for life. You can then get discounted touch up sessions if your hormones change and some hair comes back (because let's face it, your body can be fickle). I have finished treating my underarms and bikini area and I can say that 97% of the hair is gone!!! Now the laser cannot get blondes, reds, or greys, so some very fine soft hair is left, and only a very very very few of my regular hairs have grown back (and my hair used to be thick and annoying). With legs I have had 3 of my 9 treatments so far and it has been wonderful, I've barely had to shave since starting treatments. No you will not have absolutely no hairs left, but you will absolutely get your money's worth, physical science prevents it from working like magic If you have a low pain tolerance they offer numbing cream and they can write a prescription for pain killers (I cannot vouch for either as I've never used them). Either way though the aloe they put on after feels amazing.... almost as amazing as 1-2weeks after treatment where all the hair in the area sheds :). All in all, I absolutely love Ideal Image. I received notification on 7/25/2026, that Towson would be closed for upgrades and to call the Canton location once I got through, I was told that negotiations were still going on and the idea is the new owner would honor current Ideal Image clients, however there is no guarantee. My issue is I have paid my money and I still have three treatments left for each area (4 areas). I called HFD which is who I was financed through and was told to wait to hear the outcome before they will even look into my concern and potentially provide a refund. I feel those of us that still have treatments remaining will not be honored. I have looked into a different wellness center that provides the service and they worked with me giving the situation. I do plan on talking with a lawyer because I have fulfilled my obligation and Ideal Image did not due to them folding. read more

If I could give this place a zero stars I would! The customer service is horrible, and the business is ran very poorly. I signed up for an eight session laser hair removal treatment; and only received one treatment before the owner decided to sell the company without notifying the customers. Now I'm responsible for paying for services that aren't being rendered; because I'm trapped in a contract with a third party finance company. I have tried to call the office several times and no one ever answers the phone. I decided to drive there last week and the receptionist decided to take her lunch break even though, she didn't have anyone to relieve her. One of the technicians came out to speak with me and gave me the number to the office manager. She told me that the manager would be able to help sort out the problem with the finance company. The person who was to perform my first CP service did not have the common courtesy to come and tell me that I only had 10 mins remaining for my appt. Again, PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! My experience with Ideal Image has been very disappointing. I was not allowed to complete my originally purchased number of treatments because I did not finish them within the required 18-month window, even though that period overlapped with COVID disruptions and a pregnancy. No reasonable flexibility or accommodation was offered. During my time as a client, Ideal Image also significantly increased prices, only to reduce them again a few months later, which felt arbitrary and frustrating. Most recently, my Atlanta Ideal Image clinic was acquired by SEV Laser. After relocating to Baltimore, I requested a transfer to the Towson, Maryland location. Ideal Image refused. I was directed to Towson directly, only to be told they cannot schedule me at all because they do not sell individual appointments and I do not have a contract there. I am now left with ann Ideal Image contract that included a "lifetime guarantee" at any Ideal Image location that I cannot reasonably use, through no fault of my own. Between rigid policies, inconsistent pricing, and the abysmal customer service during this acquisition, I would highly recommend staying away from Ideal Image and Sev laser. read more

All I will say is the supervisor or manager was as helpful as she could be. Very sweet and kind. After only a few weeks maybe a month if I noticed zero to little change. I hate working this because the sweet lady who I mentioned had me come in for a touch up. I was over the moon happy that they recognized and was willing to give me said touch up. I take well to Botox and don't need to go buy every 4-6 months if done well and good PRODUCT was used.. I saw no change no difference and I even had taken my mother who had the same experience but wasn't as forth as me to get her touch up. The money is gone. I am no better off.. and my disappointment is tremendous .. again the young lady who helped me was incredible. Understanding and willing. Can't blame her she isn't the making or giving the Botox but it wasn't nearly enough and not in the areas that I did make mention to . They weee stronger and informed I needed more in a couple specific areas. Anyway left negative. $1000 incl my mothers fee injections. I was very excited when I decided to have Botox and filler. The consultation was amazing and super helpful. she scheduled me for both right then and there. Unfortunately, that is also where the customer service has ended. I was called 2 hours before my appointment and told I needed a doctor's script. so I had to cancel my much anticipated appointment. When I re-scheduled they told me it would have to be on different days. I am at a loss of where to go from here. My last appointment was in August 2021, at that time I was told I would be placed on a list for them to call me back once appointments opened up. Weeks turned to months when I never received a call back I called in October. I was told by a man that they were short-staffed and that they were working hiring and training new staff members, that they would have someone call me back. I was not convinced because that's exactly what they had said to me in August. Really annoyed with this company. I started my procedure February 2020. The company shut down for 6 months and told me my contract would be automatically renewed for an additional 6 months because of Covid. My august appointment was cancelled by the company with no notice or explanation. To stay on track I drive an hour and a half to another location. When I tried to book my. For the most part my entire experience was pleasurable. My consult with Devonne was informative. She helped me make good decisions however I wish I would have listened to her original recommendations. After my consult the clinic quickly contacted me to make my appointment. I was able to schedule my two appointments the following week. I get to the clinic and I arrived early. You have to call them when you're outside which is standard with most medical office due to this Covid nightmare. Now here comes the part I didn't like so much. I called told the receptionist what time my appointment was and that I'm outside. She says in a not so nice tone You're here already! I said yes. She said Ok I will check you in. Well my appointment time actually rolls around and she didn't call to tell me to come in so I called back. I say my name and that my appointment is now and again with the same attitude, she says you can come in and have a seat. When I walked in the receptionist never looked up to greet me. She just kept doing whatever it was she was doing! I sit and I'm greeted by another lady I'm not sure who she was but she smiled at me and said hello! Next Im greeted by my nurse Lindsay who was also very pleasant. She introduces herself takes my temperature and then takes me to the back after very carefully wiping down the thermometer. Then here comes another cheerful nurse to ask me about my allergies and everything. Lindsay then explains everything to me goes over the list of do's and don'ts. She gives me my fillers I takes after pictures. That's it! When I went back to get my botox a few days later. There was a different receptionist. This receptionist was very pleasant! Lindsay was my nurse again. She did another excellent job of telling me what to expect. Lindsay was kind, courteous, and informative! She asked me some questions then proceeded to give me my injections. I am very happy with my results and I plan on going back again soon! I received a response on my prior review asking me to send details of my situation to an email address. A case was filed, and I was told within 2-3 business days that I would receive a call from the support person assigned to my case. Yeah well, it's been 7 business days and no phone call. I have also tried to call several times, probably 7 times now, only to be put on extremely long holds or told that the support person I've been assigned to nor a manager is available. Thats what this company is about- taking your good money and not holding up their end of the bargain, promising things they don't deliver. They are all about getting you sold and in the door, the rest they could care less about. They have absolutely terrible reviews across the board. They are a money-grubbing under-handed business. 100% DO NOT recommend. I came here for juvaderm lip fillers and on my first session I started to feel unwell and the nurse was kind enough to get me water and an ice pack but did not want to wait for me to feel well... she gave me two minutes tops before she asked me if she could start working again and I replied that I just needed a little, she then only waited for a few seconds to ask again and this time said that if I'm not feeling well still then we can be finished (even though my lips were clearly uneven) I then let her work on my lips and finish up with no rush at all. She put some more in then massaged my lips. I was fine and left the office. I gave my lips two weeks to fully heal, as they told me it would take that long. I had huge lumps in my lips making it uncomfortable to even go out in public. I covered my mouth when talking or laughing to people. I went for my two week check up where an assistant examined my lips and she was confused why they looked the way they did and proceeded to ask another staff if this was normal. She heated and massaged my lips to make the bumps become more even. After having my lips pinched like crazy for 15 minutes I asked the assistant if this was normal. The assistant told me it was only normal if you had a new nurse and they didn't know what they were doing. After spending so much money I was shocked that this was happening. I gave them another chance and scheduled an appointment after my lips re healed from the pinching and massaging to see what I can do with the bumps that STILL exist. During my third appointment the nurse told me that my lips are fine and they will not remove the product and there is nothing that can be done about it at this point. After being told that I started to cry and that's when she offered to contact the head manager and that she might be able to supply us with a sample product to fill in the areas that are uneven. I went in for laser hair removal treatment of my legs and bikini area. I had excessive redness after treatment, and was experiencing EXTREME PAIN on my inner thighs and bikini region. Over the next few days, the pain grew and I was unable to walk, sit, shower from severe burns incurred by the laser. I called Ideal Image to inform them of my injuries and inquiry about retribution. My skin had BURNS and SCABS, and is now permanently DISCOLORED from the injury. It has been an uphill battle getting in touch with management to handle my claim. It's disheartening to see how little the company cares when it harms their patients. This is a medical facility that I trusted to provide a safe service. A service that I've had done before and not been injured by. The lack of responsibility and accountability for your negligence is unacceptable. I am exhausted chasing down Ideal Image to discuss my refund. No patient should be treated like this after incurring injuries by the hands of your employees. I got a full back, shoulders, and clavicle package and it's been pretty awesome. 5 treatments in and my body hair has already been reduced by 40% and keeps going away with each treatment. Their customer service is great! They always make sure to have 2 people working with me to ensure my treatments go quickly. HORRIBLE. I paid the excessive fees to come to this place and it didn't even work...in fact, my hair grows faster now. I told them this, along with the fact that I had graduated and wouldn't be able to come for a 7th treatment, and they said "oh well, there's nothing we can do." Worse, during your consultation, they will almost force you to sign up right away, then have you sign a form that says you were not forced to sign up. That should have been a red flag to me from the get-go, but unfortunately I was seventeen and they promised me a hairless face (which I need, having dark hair). Anyway, three years later, here I am having to thread again, and wasn't even able to get some money back from this terrible establishment. They are into taking your money, not holding up their end of the bargain. Also - I had left a review earlier in my experience, but that's because Mimoza and the woman at the counter pushed me to leave one saying how great it was. Don't waste your money. Plus, the procedures are really painful.
