I wanted to go somewhere good, reasonable, and with nice offerings. Thanks to your reviews, I found this gem. Located in a strip center next to a Kroger, I never would have found it otherwise. The staff are amazing. Tracey and Connie in particular took such loving and attentive care of me every time - as if I was some kind of celebrity or something. The services at BB are tremendous for their space. They really maximize what they have there. The facility is sparkling clean, and they take a lot of pride in the products and services they offer. I especially enjoyed the hydration station and the sauna stations in addition to the amazing tanning beds. I tried 3 different tanning beds and they were all KILLER. Really great quality, clean, nice, beautiful beds. The only pictures I took were of me before and after for my boyfriend. They are silly, but they kind of show how lovely everything is and how lovely I feel there. If you decide to go, make sure to be awesome to the staff there. It has a rustic boutique feel, and Ashley is very attentive and friendly. I will definitely be back soon!

When I reminded her that I was using my Groupon, she appeared irritated, let out a heavy sigh, and then said, "Never mind," then honoring the Groupon. I returned because I had already purchased a package, which I now regret. On the last visit, I brought my child, who is autistic (ASD), after seeing other clients bring their children. During the appointment, my child was stimming and rocking. Jessica spoke to him very ugly and in a way I found harsh, telling him to stop because he was rocking into her furniture. I found the interaction upsetting and nasty. I have posted reviews about my experiences before, but they were removed after Jessica reported them. I disagree with that decision because these are my own firsthand experiences as a customer. Based on my experiences, I would not return or recommend her services.
