I had a brazilian wax done for the very first time yesterday and it was a very pleasant experience!…read more First, the booking process is super easy. I prefer booking online rather than over the phone and was happy that they have the online option. Next, the location is very close to highway 170 so it's not hard to find and there are other establishments nearby so if you fancy some shopping or food, there are options! The location itself is very welcoming and cozy. Everyone was friendly and respectful. I was greeted soon as I walked in and was accommodated. I didn't have to wait long as well since I had an appointment at 4:30 and soon as I was checked in, my wax specialist came to get me. Now on to the actual process itself. Due to the horror stories I've read online, I had this idea in my head that it's going to be so painful and horrible. But I was dead wrong!!! My wax specialist, JASMINE, is phenomenal! She walked me through the whole process and kept talking to me while she was waxing to get my mind off of what's happening. Not to mention, I'm currently 24 weeks pregnant and she was very careful with how she worked with me. She answered all the questions I have and Made me feel very comfortable. Pricing I would say is fair. The regular price is $54 plus tip. They have a promo for first time waxers where you get your first wax for free. I would definitely go back regularly.

I was welcomed right when I walked in the door, seen immediately, and had a very friendly wax specialist. I had accidentally clicked for an eyebrow wax and tint when I made my appointment but really only wanted the wax. The staff was very accommodating in changing my services when I went back out to pay. While the logistics were the same as any other European Wax Center I have been to, the service and friendliness of staff was unmatched.

They made me feel at home with the treatment I was used to coming from Vegas! I left feeling very pampered and pleased and I have definitely found my new hair spot! Thank you for being so great! Although it was completely complimentary Mykayla took her time and was meticulous with doing my lashes. And made sure I was satisfied with the style/ design etc. I decided to join their membership and will see how it goes going forward. Definitely a different experience than when I first visited the location and I'm glad I gave it a chance! Mykayla is awesome and transformed my eye! Based on the effort of the management to rectify the situation ASAP , I added another star. As a customer (I had intended to be a paying one initially), it's important to me that businesses show accountability and also just a willingness to help ; and they did just that. I am satisfied with the service for sure!

I have been here twice now and each time my manicure and pedicure lasted a long time…read more I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon. The older technician took her time and paid close attention to every detail, and it really showed in the final result. My dip manicure turned out beautifully and lasted much longer than I expected without lifting or falling off. She kept insisting other than dip but I told her I didn't want UV light. The pedicures I have had here were fine. They hold up but wherever I go, I don't feel like it's the most relaxing pedicure experience. Maybe I need to sign up for an upgrade. On top of that, the prices were very competitive for the level of service provided. If you're looking for a salon that values quality over rushing through appointments, I highly recommend giving them a try.

Had an appointment and had to wait 15+mins to be seen. Employees are not welcoming. Went in for…read morebuilder gel and polka dot design. Got charged $100 for builder gel on my natural (extra short) nails with polka dots as design. I asked why it was $100 (online it states $65 for builder gel full set) and they said design cost $35 extra! Polka dots are not a complex design imo. The person next to me got charged $110 for an acrylic full set with 3D designs and chrome. Besides the prices making no sense, the process of getting my nails prepped for gel was very painful. (I came in wearing week old regular polish) They over filed my side beds and I did voice that it hurt but felt mocked for saying ouch. Because of the over filing the uv lamp burned. Although the nails are nice, it was NOT worth $100 and sore nails. I suggest going anywhere else!
