I prefer booking online rather than over the phone and was happy that they have the online option. Next, the location is very close to highway 170 so it's not hard to find and there are other establishments nearby so if you fancy some shopping or food, there are options! The location itself is very welcoming and cozy. Everyone was friendly and respectful. I was greeted soon as I walked in and was accommodated. I didn't have to wait long as well since I had an appointment at 4:30 and soon as I was checked in, my wax specialist came to get me. Now on to the actual process itself. Due to the horror stories I've read online, I had this idea in my head that it's going to be so painful and horrible. But I was dead wrong!!! My wax specialist, JASMINE, is phenomenal! She walked me through the whole process and kept talking to me while she was waxing to get my mind off of what's happening. Not to mention, I'm currently 24 weeks pregnant and she was very careful with how she worked with me. She answered all the questions I have and Made me feel very comfortable. Pricing I would say is fair. The regular price is $54 plus tip. They have a promo for first time waxers where you get your first wax for free. I would definitely go back regularly.

I was welcomed right when I walked in the door, seen immediately, and had a very friendly wax specialist. While the logistics were the same as any other European Wax Center I have been to, the service and friendliness of staff was unmatched.

I've tried other stylists but I always end up going back to her and she welcomes me with open arms. Her salon is full service and filled with professional stylists. You will not find a lot of salon drama here like I've seen too many times in the past at other salons. Only drawback is she books up fast and I am not one to plan too far ahead when it comes to my hair. Also the prices are higher than I would like but this is one of those areas in life that I have learned the hard way that you get what you pay for so I am willing to pay. There are certainly higher priced salons out there!

I tip cash so no taxes are involved, why would I give her cash and tip the same on my card, $12.00 tip for 2 eyebrow wax seems a lot too much! When I called about the issue I was only told that they would have the store owner call me tomorrow.

The first was last year for my boyfriends birthday, I bought him a massage and 30 minutes of stretching. They didn't actually stretch him, but did an extra 30 minutes of massage, but we didn't complain. It was whatever. This time, we finally were vaccinated. We were treating ourselves, woke up just to head that way, got in, and waited 10 minutes past our appointment time before they finally let us know that one of our masseuses hadn't shown up. They offered us 20% off a future service, but that was pretty much it and sent us on our way. My boyfriend pointed out that if we had cancelled, we would have had to pay 50%, but I won't speak more on that. We were lucky to get in the following weekend for a couples massage, but they weren't very accommodating to our schedule even though they initially cancelled on us. After we had already driven there. The massage we got was great, my masseuse was more about applying pressure than actual massage, which isn't usually my thing, but I have so much relief from it so I can't complain. My boyfriend also thoroughly enjoyed his massage. As far as our service went, it was great. I'm just not sure I would continue coming back here since it hasn't been the greatest experience. Maybe we just have bad luck with them!

For now, I am happy with my monthly massage and always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed after my 60-minute session. The place is clean and I've always had a wonderful massage whenever I come here, except the one time when the therapist basically wasted 15-20 minutes doing a percusion thing when I had specifically asked for a deep tissue. I made sure never to reschedule with that therapist again.
