The product line she has smells good but isn't super heavy (again my jam). She did a light thing that she explained but was relaxing i stead of listening. Having had pretty significant acne in my youth, I'm precious about my derm approved products. Nicole was like would be cool if I could have sat in home care and I understand so you tell me when you are ready. This is also how I would like that handled. Then three days later on my vacation one of the nails came off. The nails continued to come off each day and I was sad that I didn't really get what I was expecting for my trip. Regardless, I came back and at the front desk they said that they have a 10 day warranty policy so they cannot refund me. In other circumstances, I'd be fine with it. But never have I had gel X nails pop off so easily. Each came off completely with half of the glue attached to it so I had some concerns that there was an issue with either the glue or the application on all of my nails. The warranty makes sense for small things or issues that could come about, but not if all of my nails are coming off within such a short amount of time. I felt that there was an issue with the foundation of the service from day one. I just felt like I wasn't getting what I paid for. If I am paying a higher price for a special service , I would expect them to at least last my five day vacation. Gel x applied right, does not come off that easily. Even though I disagree with the usuage of the warranty, I was fine going along with getting them fixed. Unfortunately, when I expressed my concerns they were not heard. I just felt like cutting my losses was best. I decided I to not come back. I felt that if what was causing the issue with my nails the first time around wasn't acknowledged or fixed- There was no point in going back and getting them redone cause it would most likely happen again. Not really sure what happened this time around but the very first time I went, it worked out great. I wouldn't necessarily discourage someone from coming here if they are interested I'm just sharing my experience so whoever is reading can make an informed decision and be aware. I had a very pleasant and amazing experience before. It was great till it wasn't. I hope that others don't experience what I did and have a better time here.

The facial room was really relaxing and the whole experience had me feeling really refreshed.
