I started with the red light therapy (about 20 minutes). It was fine, but honestly a bit underwhelming--I didn't notice any immediate difference, though I understand that may take time. After that, I moved on to the bronzing bed. At the front counter, there were multiple "tester" lotions displayed. When asked if I had lotion, I said no and asked if I could try one of the testers. Instead of being able to sample it, I was told I had to purchase a packet. That felt a little misleading since the bottles were labeled as testers. I ended up buying a discounted packet for around $4 just to try something, but the whole interaction felt more like a push to upsell than a helpful recommendation. Lastly, I went to do my spray tan. I asked for the same dark shade I had used previously at another location under the same top-tier membership. I was then told there would be an additional charge for that shade. That caught me off guard, because I wasn't charged for it before and was under the impression that it was included in my package. Rather than argue, I just went with the medium, but it left me confused about consistency between locations. Overall, I didn't feel like the service matched the above and beyond service the other location demonstrated or provide the level of membership I'm paying for. Between the confusion about what's included and the pressure to purchase add-ons, the experience felt more transactional than welcoming. I'm not sure if it was just that employee's deliverance or a difference between locations, but I do hope for more consistency and a more customer-friendly approach moving forward.

At the end, he applied some powder to shape my haircut and to be honest this was not a super terrible haircut, although I thought my curtains could be more choppy like in the picture. However, I think my stylist lacks basic respect and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who expects to be treated with basic decency. Also, as my barber mentioned, the salon has a camera so if the owner sees this, feel free to check if this review is real(ensure nothing is edited out of context/no manipulative or deceptive editing). I had my haircut on aug 23 1pm.

Well, it is really my first time to be late and I don't know the consequence. Besides, I used to be on time but still needed to wait another 15 minutes. So it is no problem for him to be late but he'll blame you for being late. That's hilarious. If you cannot handle so many reservations, reduce it but please not blame your customers. Although I am late, I am still your customer and you should respect me. This is how service industry makes money. I will never go there again.

Then she told me about a special they were running on their top-tier membership -- half off the first month with unlimited access to all the services. She explained it in a way that made TOTAL sense financially because I could try everything for basically the same amount I was already about to spend, then downgrade later if I wanted. Honestly, smartest upsell ever because it genuinely benefited me too. Sign me up! What I also love is this place is sooo much more than just old-school tanning beds and spray tans like back in the day. They have all kinds of sauna options, red light/light therapy services, wellness and recovery stuff too.
