We did the $30 plan asked for a gel polish and acrylic toenail the fake one. Yeah, my daughter had to ask for a rep polish twice. The toenails are not the same size. The second man came and shaved it down, but cut my toe put some alcohol on it. Informed him that it was burning he couldn't speak English or understand it. None of the three men that did our feet. Why pay for something that is improperly done. I would not recommend this location because they do not understand English or comprehend very dissatisfying and very disappointed. My foot is still somewhat burning $122 wasted on BS. As you can see in the photos, one toe is longer than the other one toe is lopsided so very disappointed.

I was seated immediately and they started my pedicure. They are sanitary- the bowls are lined and they wear gloves. They either speak English or they don't but there's always at least one English speaking person in the salon. I have not noticed them talking across the room in their language which tends to make me uncomfortable. I love the results and would recommend this salon.

Well... several people came in and had an appointment which I understand but communicate if the wait will be an extended period. They put my feet in the water and I waited for 1 hour with my feet soaking. This was ridiculous and the failure to communicate is not acceptable. They know how long or should know how long the wait will be, then say something. The only reason I stayed is I was traveling the next day but if they would have communicated to come back in 1 hour instead of not saying anything left a very poor customer service experience. I could have easily came back 1 hour later. Since my feet were soaking I felt trapped and should have left after 30 minutes. I spoke to the manager and she apologized but I felt nothing would have changed. I will not go back. Advice is to communicate if wait will be an extended period, most people expect communication and will be patient if you are setting proper expectation. I cannot recommend this establishment.

She eventually added another person to her staff and they quickly outgrew the space they were in, so they moved. Including Jamee, there is now a staff of five! While Jamee is still the one I see, I have been to all of the wonderful women on staff, except one. I haven't been to her yet because she's newer, but I'll probably get to her eventually. Complete malpractice from a waxer from a Brazilian by waxer Pricila I had here 2 months ago. I got this wax before my bachelorette and wanted to return before my wedding, but unfortunately this wax has created some of the worst pain and damage to the most tender and vulnerable part of my body, during one of the most important times of my life. Cannot stress enough how horrible and traumatic this experience has been. I have warned so many people about this place since the wax. Was really hoping it would heal by now, and I wouldn't have to write this, but unfortunately it's gotten worse by the day and I now have to seek professional medical treatment. I would love to know how to further report this waxer as she has done irreparable damage to my body when I wanted nothing more than to feel beautiful during my the end of my bridal era. Instead, my "Brazilian" area has ridiculously painful, unhealed wounds (internal and external) from a wax I got 2 months ago. Extremely negligent, unprofessional care, like she had zero idea what she was doing and had never waxed a human being before. I've been getting waxed for years and have never been treated like this, nor could I have ever imagined something like this happening to somebody. EWC, please reach out to me.
