At 8pm on a Thurs, it was busier than I was expecting, but I was still out in 15 minutes. The medium tan in clear always gives me the perfect glow with no streaking. I drive very far to this location. both of the employees spent 10 minutes not able to turn on the VersaPro when I wanted a spray tan that day. they called someone on the phone asking for help. they both acted like they had no idea how to work any of the rooms. are they giving training to the girls who work here? they told me it was a system problem or something. they have no manager there. they have a customer service number you can call and they called me back 2 hours later saying you can use the spray machine now. I went to this location before work right when they opened. it was very frustrating. then I asked them if I could just use a tanning bed. they both seemed bewildered on how to turn on that machine as well? I really don't understand like if you work here you should know how to operate the machine and turn it on so customers can use it?!! After reading through other reviews, I also noticed a pattern of responses where customer experiences were argued against or questioned, which didn't leave the best impression. I chose this salon based on recommendations from several peers and was really excited to try a custom airbrush tan here. The two girls at the front desk were both very friendly and welcoming, and Meadow, who did my spray tan, was kind and professional throughout the appointment. I received the Venetian Express and explained that I was looking for a natural glow rather than a very dark tan. Meadow instructed me to rinse after 3 hours, and then take a full shower with soap at 8 hours, which I followed exactly. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the final result. The color developed very orange on my skin and the tan turned out uneven and splotchy in multiple areas. It was also not blended well around my ankles and wrists, which made it look noticeably unnatural. Overall, the quality looked more like what I would expect from an automated spray tan booth rather than a custom airbrush tan. I was buying…read moreindividual tans and was told by one worker that the new machine doesn't require any additives, extenders etc. Every time I would come in they would try to sell me additives, when I would point out that one of the gals told me it wasn't necessary they would respond with either a blank stare or say she shouldn't have told you that. A few weeks ago I decided to try the additives, and they worked well, for an upcharge. Yesterday i went in and asked for the additives and the price tripled! The worker had no explanation, other than maybe I had some discounts (I didn't). I am done with this place for good!

She gave instructions throughout but seemed rushed through the process. I chose the medium color but even after showering my face was really dark. Going over it once instead of twice probably would have sufficed. I remember her putting lotion on me at the beginning but my hands, feet, and knees ended up looking orange/noticeable after a few days. My tan did last a good portion of my trip even after snorkeling in salt water.
