My daughter is a student and cannot go in during that time frame because she's in classes! We're paying for a service that she's not even using and Spa Tan isn't making it easy for her. Now she has to call the owner and figure out how to cancel her membership. I would avoid this place at all costs!!!

At 8pm on a Thurs, it was busier than I was expecting, but I was still out in 15 minutes. The medium tan in clear always gives me the perfect glow with no streaking. I was buying…read moreindividual tans and was told by one worker that the new machine doesn't require any additives, extenders etc. Every time I would come in they would try to sell me additives, when I would point out that one of the gals told me it wasn't necessary they would respond with either a blank stare or say she shouldn't have told you that. A few weeks ago I decided to try the additives, and they worked well, for an upcharge. Yesterday i went in and asked for the additives and the price tripled! The worker had no explanation, other than maybe I had some discounts (I didn't). I am done with this place for good!

She gave instructions throughout but seemed rushed through the process. I chose the medium color but even after showering my face was really dark. Going over it once instead of twice probably would have sufficed. I remember her putting lotion on me at the beginning but my hands, feet, and knees ended up looking orange/noticeable after a few days. My tan did last a good portion of my trip even after snorkeling in salt water.
