I only dealt with one employee but was met with an abrupt "you'll have to go somewhere else" when I asked if they had a table I could lie down on for my blood-draw. I am prone to passing out even if seated so this is a necessary accommodation for both myself and the staff. I don't see why she would deny it if there was such an option so I'll blame Labcorp for not having even one table for such a request. I don't think it's that uncommon and this office appears to be new. What a complete waste of my time.

Went for a basic blood draw on a Friday morning. Had appointment for 7:45AM. Arrived at 7:30. Sat…read morein waiting room until almost 8. No one at the front desk. Heard talking and laughing coming from the back while waiting. Finally some one came to the front. Two other people, appeared to be sales people, also came from the back and left. Got called for my turn, went well. The following morning I got my test results on line and there was no PSA done. The PSA request was on the script. I know because I checked for it when I got the script. That same morning I went back to the lab and asked about the PSA. The tech in charge said it must not have been on the script. When I tried to find a solution (like maybe they still had the script) the tech said she didn't have time for this and slammed the door while going to the back. Not want to cause a bigger scene I left the waiting room. I am now waiting for a call back from corporate. Don't expect any resolution. Will probably have to get another script for PSA and get another blood draw. Please note that the initial visit to this facility was on a Friday when they missed the PSA. The follow up was on Saturday when I had the conflict with the "supervisor" who said she only works Saturdays.

Arrived at 12:25pm, they were out to lunch until 12:30pm, no biggie. Signed in, name came up on the screen, sat down and waited. Appointment was at 1pm. No one was there, a man arrived shortly after me, said he didn't have an appointment he just needed to pick up something & sat down. Door opens, woman in a blue lab coat said to sign in, to which I said, I did, my name is up on the screen. She rudely replied, "no one is signed in, I said sign in". She made a face and mumbled something under her breath. I sign in again and stood there. She asked the man that did not have an appointment what he needed & proceeded to help him. She then comes back out and says "You can sit down" I said "no, I'll stand. I'm the only here" She kept mumbling stuff under her breath and making faces at me. She then demanded I sit "You need to sit down". At this point I'm feeling the hostility towards me from this stranger for no reason. 15-20 minutes go by, so I knocked on the door, she swung the door open very aggressively and proceeded to yell at me "YOU DO NOT KNOCK ON MY DOOR, I TOLD YOU TO SIT DOWN AND WAIT. I WILL GET TO YOU WHEN I GET TO YOUI!" I was taken aback. I couldn't believe that she thought it was okay to speak to someone this way. I asked her for her name multiple times, and she refused by yelling at me "YOU DON'T NEED TO KNOW MY NAME". l left; I did not feel safe nor comfortable that this unhinged woman me is the one that's going to do my bloodwork. Like I'm really going to trust her with a needle and my vein after she talked to me and treated me the way she did? It is a shame that Labcorp would have someone so poorly mannered and utterly unprofessional in one of their offices representing their name. I will never go back there & would not recommend any family, friend, colleague, acquaintance or a stray cat to go to this specific Labcorp office. She was completely rude and disrespectful towards me without cause. This is not okay.

There was plenty of free parking in front and I easily found the office. I went to the check-in kiosk, entering my phone number, drivers license, and insurance cards. I was seen prior to my schedule appointment and I was out of the office in less than five minutes. My blood test was quick and painless. The facilities were immaculate and the phlebotomist was professional and personable. The following morning, my results were reviewed by my physician. I have a new diagnostic lab. It's so much easier and quicker than Rayus.

The tv was broken, the tv should have the pt names and who is next in the order so you know how behind they are. It is a very helpful item. So that didn't help with the people who kept bothering the techs every time they asked them when they opened the door. They were 45 minutes behind with my appointment, I asked the tech how he was and if this was his normal. He said yes. I asked how many techs were there and a lady from another room yelled we have 4 techs and are all working. I was shocked that I couldn't even speak to my own tech. (I wasn't speaking condescendingly, it's health care.) After that my labs were complete and I left. The only positive I can say is that it is very clean inside where they draw the labs.
