Jazzberry Scoops is located in a large strip mall on Federal Highway, and so there is plenty of parking. From the outside, it looks like any standard ice cream shop... until you walk inside. It's like in the Wizard of Oz when Dorothy leaves the sepia world and opens the door to all that beautiful technicolor. I think this might be the most adorable ice cream parlor I have ever been to. I don't think I've ever taken a picture of wallpaper before! Fortunately, Jazzberry Scoops is not all show. There are many flavors to choose from including some vegan options as well. They also make up lots of custom ice cream treats and sell ice cream cakes as well. Marisa, our server, made some great suggestions and offered samples to help us choose our ice cream. The ice cream is delicious, and the portion sizes are generous. There are a few tables inside and a few outside. This place is a gem with excellent ice cream, great customer service, and the cutest parlor ever!

My sweet tooth kicked in. I checked how far a walk it was from where I was at on the beach, and I found out this location was about a block away, on the beach! Since their customer service is so good normally, I was hoping there wasn't too many people when I got there. I was in a bit of luck as I beat the rush and had service as I walked in. Although I love ice cream I went with chocolate this day. I got the chocolate covered Oreos. But then I saw the peanut brittle and had to get a bag of their freshly made goods. I thought I was going to get out with just that but at the counter the gal offered me a free sample of the fudge. I ended up getting a slab of the dark chocolate fudge too. Sure it was a gratuitous amount of desserts, but I knew they would be loved for a week or so. They lasted almost a week, and I have no regrets, other than maybe I should have gotten that ice cream too.
